Hello,I have sent countless emails regarding my order I placed on October 25th, 2022. I received ONE response. I originally reached out on November 5th, 2022 and didnt receive a response, I then sent a follow up email on November 7th, 2022, I didnt receive a response until November 12th, 2022. Thats an ENTIRE WEEK that no one from your customer service department responded to me. A WEEK. We live in a world where we order something online and it get shipped within a week at most, if not, customer service reaches out.. unfortunately Ive been the one who has had to reach out and do all of the follow up. On November 12th, 2022, I was told that you just checked and my order will be shipped soon.. that isnt a timeframe. That isnt any tracking information. That doesnt tell me anything. I paid for my product almost a month ago and still dont have it or any tracking information. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. My credit card has been charged for the product and shipping. I was supposed to receive my product in 3-5 business days, which was fine.. but no one will respond from this company. When you call the customer service phone number it either rings busy or no one answers it. I understand that $25 might not seem like a lot of money.. but with the world we live in today, I could use that money for food.. I thought it would be nice to treat myself to a little present.. but instead I get scammed.Initial Complaint

Sept 16, 2022 I paid $31.98 USD ($43.62 CAD) to Pheromonie to receive 1 bottle of their Pheromonie Oil. They promised delivery and a confirmation email in 24 - 76 hours. It is November 14, 2022 and I have received nothing from them. No shipping confirmation email, and no product. I have reached out to them on 2 other occasions for updates, and get the same automated reply. Today I called their *********** telephone number, and it is a dead line. My order number is *****. I purchased this item on Nov. 5, 2022. I immediately canceled the order based on some information not matching what was stated. I then checked my bank account and funds had been removed by pheramonie. I received and email hours later confirming my order, stating nothing about my cancelation. As of a few moments ago when I go to their site to track my order it states that it does not exist but funds have not been returned to my account and my bank shows no trace of a reversal in process from the company.. It appears they stole another $29.95 . Add me to the list of suckers.Initial Complaint

I bought an oil from the company name phermonie on august 8th, I paid for express shipping. The total came out to $29.98. On august 10th I reached out to the company and asked questions about the express shipping and the tracking number. No one got back to me. After waiting for 8 days for my order I contacted the company again on august 16th asking them and making it clear that I need to cancel my order and give me a refund because express shipping shouldnt take 8 days. They got back to me this time but never attempted to cancel my order or refund me, they just said that they are having production delays and allow more time. I contacted my cards Bank so that I can dispute the charge, which I also let the phermonie company know. Fast forward to September 27th 2022, the item was delivered even after I contacted them telling them previously to cancel and refund my order. I contacted them through email once again and now they are saying that because the item was in transit they cant refund me, but I have the tracking history and I had asked for a refund and cancellation before the shipping label for the order was even created.
