I placed an order for a product from this company on 3/4/23. The order was confirmed and I waited until 3/19 to send them an email asking about the order because it still had not shipped. They did respond to that email of mine asking for any updates and the item shipped. I had no idea it was going to be coming from *****. The item has been in transit since 3/19 and no updates are available. I emailed the company again on 3/27/23 and asked to start the process of a return for a full refund but they won't respond. This order is now almost a month old and they have my money but I don't have the product.Initial Complaint

02/08/2023 This business does not respond to emails or CLAIM they recognize the order number they given you for your order. I also filed a dispute with this company in November on a previous on another bank card but I could not find order and tracking for evidence. So my secondary bank refunded by funds, but I had already placed another order with my primary bank. Same thing happening all over. Even on the transaction ID, the phone number they have listed as ************ is not even valid number. The kicker for this is the company charged me again on 03/05 without my permission. Now Im going to have to closed my bankcard. That's illegal transaction because I never placed another order with them after 02/08 and this was not a subscription for service this was for a product in which I never received.Initial Complaint

i purchased from this company on february 23rd and have not yet received my order. Also today i was charged on my card for an additional purchase that was never made. i would like a refund for the charge on my account since i did not purchase a second order when i still didnt receive my first order. i dont understand why i was charged a second time and i cant get in touch with anyone from the company from their support team. the only way to contact them is their email which they dont reply to. i would like my charge refunded.Initial Complaint

Back in February an order was placed for this. My card has been since charged twice. Ive emailed countless times asking for a refund and to cancel whatever this is and have yet to hear anything back. My card was used in a scam and I want my money back.Initial Complaint

Placed order and money was taken from my account seconds later. I never received my order confirmation email as stated when the order was placed. Therefore I have no order # or tracking #. I emailed them on a Friday and waited over the weekend because theyre only open Monday through Friday. Come Monday no response. However I keep getting future purchase emails. Emails giving me 15% off my next order etc. Based on the other complaints I read, they literally just took my money for nothing. At least the other people got an order/tracking# to at least look up info. I got nothing. Not even a confirmation email. If its going to take longer than expected I can deal with that but at least let me know whats going on with my order and give me an order #. Also they do have on their site that they are accredited by BBB. That right there should shut them down. Why is this allowed?Initial Complaint

Ordered from mypheromine on December 2, 2022. Item has never been received but they charged me *****. Filed complaint with Bank and contacted company via email numerous times. They only response was they wanted me to stop the charge back from the bank even though I hadn't received the product. To date I have not received the product nor my money back!Initial Complaint

This company is a rip off!!! I have been emailing them about my order with no response!!! My order says shipped and been sitting in the same spot since December 5th 2022!!! I want these people to return my money and all so pay for my time of waiting for months!!!! This is not right and it's down right ridiculous!!! They are scamming us for our little hard earned money and I don't appreciate this at all!!!!! Please help US?!!!!!!!
