      They cancelled my flight on the day of departure. Then they put me in another flight 1 hour away from original airport and told me they will get me **** ride to original airport at their own expense. But, when I get to the new airport its around midnight, raining and wait for more than hour and half outside. The representative tells me if **** drivers cancel theres nothing they can do!!! So theyre going to leave me there!! Then a manager comes online, *******, and says the same thing plus offering to get me hotel room. I had an interview in the morning so the accommodations dont help me, so she said reschedule your interview!!!!!!! This airline is absolute nightmare and their employees are just not good people. I finally found a **** driver so nice to drive me in the pouring rain to the original airport but it was closed and no one around so she took me to my hotel. In conclusion, this couldve been a very different story if the **** driver wasnt willing to drive a 1 hour drive in rain. Southern airway is horrible and unreliable and please avoid them at all costs.

      Southern Airways Express is completely unreliable and unwilling to reimburse me for extra monies required from me because of their cancellations. I have not asked for anything more than a reimbursement. Both of my flights were cancelled, departing & returning. The return cancellation offer was for an entirely different day. I have obligations that required my return for the day I booked it. I believe it is their responsibliity to makes this right, they did not do their job and hold up their end of the deal. My expectation was not met. It's absurd to pay over $600.00 to travel from ******** to ********, especially since the extra money incurred is because of their cancelled flights. They are offering to reimburse $200.00 when I spent over $600.00.

      This is the most unreliable airline I have ever encountered. They cancel their flights more often than they fly them. Sometimes even offer a shuttle for the same price and three times as long. Have no consideration of customers making connecting flights. Drivers stop for smoke breaks when customers are missing flights as a result. You would be better served to walk than take this airline.

      Very poor customer service. Would not provide a refund when flight was canceled. I had to rent a car and drive 4 hours and they did not even try to help with the rental.

      I wish I could leave 0 stars!!! WORST AIRLINE EXPERIENCE EVER! My flights were continuously delayed and then cancelled. I missed an important business meeting and was only offered a rental car?! I will never consider them for any type of traveling again. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!

      ABSOLUTELY the worst experience you could possibly have with an airline. I am flying for a work trip. I got to the airport at 6:30am..not only did the counter not open until almost an hour later. But my plane was delayed TWICE! one for fog that didnt exist. I know cuz Im lookin out the **** window, and the second time because they couldnt get fuel? My flight was at 8:15 it is now leaving at 10:45 but its 10:11 and we havent moved from the waiting area. I called customer service to see if they could find me another flight etc they lady said she couldnt help me. (Which is against the new law stating they must refund us after 3 hours) this airline is HIGHLY unprofessional, unorganized and needs to be put out of business, this is insane. DO NOT FLY with this group. You will lose money, time, and patience. I will write this review on every platform I can find. To stop ppl from even coming close to this airline its a ****** ************* will tell every soul I meet . ZERO STARS VERY GHETTO DO NOT RECOMMEND

      Southern airways is the worst travel experience I have ever had. I had a family medical emergency (cousin in renal kidney and liver failure) that was critical that I get from *************** to ******* quickly so I decided it was worth the extra money to fly straight from ****** instead of going to **************** like I would normally do. Well big mistake because the airline (southern airways) from ****** to ****** delayed my flight 5 times resulting in missing connection in ****** to a rebook from ****** to ******* and then the flight was delayed again twice resulting in another missed connection. When I tried to get a refund and go to the springs and get a different flight I was informed that they could only refund my little flight from ****** to ****** and it would be a paper check that takes 30 days to mail and that I would have to contact the other airline myself to get a refund for the remainder since it wasnt southern. Well I didnt have to call 2 different airlines to book it. And there is zero compensation for the headache I had to go through. I was told by southern airlines that there was no law saying they had to compensate me for the nightmare and until it was a law they werent going to do anything about it. WORST TRACEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Save your money and dont use southern airways no matter how convenient it seems to be. You will be completely disappointed and may not ever get where you are trying to get to..

      Southern Airways is the worst airline ever! Completely unpredictable, unreliable, and just a plan old scam. They canceled my most recent flight 3 hours before the scheduled time. I was just about to walk out my door to head to the airport! I'm losing $ for pre-paid airport parking as well as rental car fees because I couldn't change the date. No consideration is given for reimbursement of these last-minute cancellations other than a refund or credit....this is not the first time I've flown then and this has happened. They leave people between a rock and a hard place!I will not be flying them again after this trip. Flying is supposed to be a convenience over driving but this experience with SA has been the worst experience and the most inconvenient! They should not be in business!!! This should be 0/5 stars!

      Southern airline is unpredictable, unprofessional, and unreliable. They will leave you stranded for days. I have flown southern airlines a few times it is always unpredictable I have been stranded for hours and my last experience for days. I understand weather delays but this airline seems to have a n unusual amount of chaos and cancellations with no explanation. Leaving passengers stranded in airports for days seems to be a normal occurrence. I am a frequent flyer and I have experienced plenty of delays and cancellations but this seems to be in a different category and I think consumers should know before the waste the precious time and money with this airline.

      Do Not Fly with this Airline! I repeat do not, just choose spirit or Frontier. My first flight was very ****** the process is totally unprofessional. My second flight was cancelled due to bad weather, I had to book a oneway with Southwest home the same day and they still havent given me a refund. The customer service representatives are unprofessional, the *************** Lien literally yelled through the phone because I wanted to see how I would be refunded for a flight they canceled. Poor service they should not be allowed to service the public, and theyre stealing money. If O dont get my refund I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau!
