      Southern express Airways terrible. I was traveling from Arizona to Lax and my flight was cancelled twice and i was to transfer to another plane @ Imperial County Airport. Being stuck there for nearly 2 days, I was pissed to know end. I told them I will never fly with them if my life depends on this. I had to instructor my attorney to have them schedule me ground Transportion to LAX. These people are horrible and cheap. I will never use there service its been a complete nightmare LR

      ****! No option for 0 stars so 1/5 it is.. Got ghosted at the scheduled flight gate in Denver (nobody was there at my scheduled flight gate) and was told they were going to line up ground transit (a 6.5hour Uber ride) to the destination. Got a hotel on my own $ to wait for tomorrows flight. Now it’s tomorrow and they’re cancelling the flights and booking an uber ride again. Overheard other desks yesterday saying booking uber/mysteriously cancelling all flights is a regular thing here. I’m sure general council found this nice ground transit loophole option to not lose licenses and get sued but as a passenger it’s unacceptable.

      Horrible customer service at MLK. 4 hour Delayed Flights was unreported AND the new tickets cost 4 times the original fair. Ridiculous!

      I booked my flight with American Airlines and my final flight to my destination was with Southern Airways. Due to weather, my flight was cancelled, something NOT ONLY out of control for the airline, but ALSO out of MY CONTROL. I was able to get another flight the NEXT morning, they werent willing to accommodate me for ONE night at a hotel. I had to spend the night in the airport. They said there was nothing they could do, it was AGAINST POLICY to give vouchers to those whom THEY canceled their flight.

      At Southern Airways Express (SAE) we take every comment seriously.   It was unfortunate for everyone involved when weather is the determining factor for a flight delay or cancellation.  SAE policy is not the same as some of the larger airlines.   When weather is the determining factor for a delay or cancellation, our policy is to accommodate you on the next available flight but not room and board.   We hope your next experience with SAE will be a better one and weather will not be a factor.   Thank you.
