      I attempted to cancel my account after one month, following my doctor’s recommendation to stop taking It Works products. However, I was met with an error message stating I would need to pay the initial Perks Membership fee, 25% of my previous order, and return the Perks Member gift.
      At no point during the ordering process with my local distributor was I made aware of these charges or that I was enrolling in a subscription program. This lack of transparency is deeply concerning and feels deceptive.
      This is a complete scam and I will be escalating this issue further.

      Thank you for contacting us. When enrolling as a Perks Member there are two choices provided at the time of checkout. The first is paying the membership fee and not having a subscription and the second is waiving the membership fee for a 3-month subscription. If someone chooses to not continue their subscription we do not ask that the enrollment gift is returned or that a 25% fee is paid. We show that your enrollment order was enrolled with subscription. However, we show that when you called June 27th we show that our Customer Service representative waived the membership fee and cancelled your subscription. We also do not show that any additional orders were processed, besides your enrollment order. If we can be of any additional assistance, please let us know.

      It works, is impossible to reach , I lost my login to my ItWorks page on the stupid app. Tried to find a phone number becouse I cant login to my page so I can cancel everything, money is neing withdrawn every month I dont sell anything ,and I dont buy anything, so Its no need to see money fly away every month from my account. Im neither not interessted to sell anything or buy anything. Theres no support page that
      works ,so I cant cancel my account at ItWorks. So will they withdraw money the rest of my life for nothing? May somebody please help me stop this sillyness please. Otherwise I have to turn to the police. Best Regards ******* ********* ******

      I ordered the products thinking they were healthy & going to work. I contacted the seller after purchasing & told her about my health problems. I DO NOT want to risk dealing with something happening to me. When I told asked her about side affects and can I take them she claimed her father has heart problems and her mom other health problems and left it at that. My cardiologist told me today that he does NOT want me taking these IT WORKS products due to more serious complications. I need to cancel subscription ASAP. We shall see what happens because I feel as though I was told something that was not credible.

      Just like the rest of these unhappy customers, I was not informed of this 3 month subscription scheme! I was also told I would be getting the one product which is what I signed up for, not a subscription! I feel as if my seller was not transparent with me. I was stunned to see the cancellation fee when I figured out that it was something I had been signed up for. The seller sent me the specific link where she had designed my cart for me which was sketchy but I was still interested. Needless to say, do not purchase from this company unless you want to be charged for random amounts just as everyone else who has left a review here! I want my money back!

      We were able to locate your account and show that you chose the option to "enroll with subscription" 


      This process would have been completed by you, after your Distributor sent you the link and you followed the enrollment process. The fee you mentioned is not a cancellation fee, but a subscription fee. The options at enrollment are to pay the membership fee and no have a subscription or to have the subscription for three months and waive the membership fee. 


      However, we have made an exception and cancelled your account and waived the membership fee.

      A joke. These ppl are professional scam artist the ones that are leaders are full of **** make u think your gonna do something in life they make you put over 40 hours in just to make like 50 dollars.

      I, too, feel I was mislead in the products. The first month, I ordered two because I wanted to try it for a month rather than just 2weeks. First of all, I didnt like it and really wasnt sure if I was to mix it with real coffee or not. When I saw my next bill, I noticed it was just as much as the first one. I tried repeatedly to get my seller to explain the bill. After a few days, I had to ask her if she was going to answer my questions and she replied she didnt see them. Well, you cant hide your read messages on messenger unless you delete it. Therefore, I want nothing else to do with IT. Also, I agree with the others about not explaining everything to you until AFTER the fact.

This is why your first order was $ 88.91 and your second order was $ 107.41. We also apologize that you were not fully informed of the subscription. When enrolling as a Perks Member there are two options:





      Pay a one-time Perks Membership Fee at checkout, or

      Commit to a 3-month subscription, which waives the Membership Fee.





      Your enrollment order shows enrolled with a subscription which is why your second order processed on May 30th. If this order is unused and unopened you are welcome to you return it for a refund. To assist you with the returns process we have emailed a prepaid shipping label to your email address on file. Lastly, we have fully cancelled your account and waived the membership fee.

      Company driver backed into our gate. He knew he did it and drove away while I was yelling at him trying to get him to stop. We have made multiple phone calls and sent multiple e-mails to It-Works with little to no response. We have it on video which we have sent to the company. They dont care. So my wife is canceling any and all future orders. If this is the way they treat consumers and handle responsibility I will never do business with them again. And I caution others to be wary.

      I sincerely wish I would have read all of this before placing my order last week. Like all of the others who have posted on here, I am incredibly skeptical. The difference between the membership and the subscription is very unclear, and although I don't fault my **** she did not explain it very well. I signed up for the subscription and I don't want anything to do with after reading all of this. This company does not seem ethical. I will try my products for a month but I do not want to continue to receive them and I just want my membership/subscription Or whatever it is canceled.

      I too order this thinking it was a one time payment but later I got another package and was charged for it so I returned it and got part of my money back I lost ***** on this deal and later I got another one and returned it only to get ***** back out of ***** so if I could give them a zero I would i have told everyone not to get in this situation that I'm in because no matter how many time I call they will not give me my money back this is not supported by the bbb so unless you are planning on paying 95 dollars a month don't get in this situation

      Your consultants shouldn't try to belittle someone just because they turn down an offer. I was just told "I thought women were supposed to empower other women" because I kindly turned them down. Very unprofessional.
