This product does not do what it claims. When asking to cancel a 3 month membership, they refuse and will not cancel without charging a fee. The product does not do what they say it will. Customers should not be penalized for cancelling.IT Works! Global, Inc.

And since our products produce different results for different people and different sensitivity levels to the ingredients, we do not guarantee specific results or offer a money-back guarantee. Thus, the reason we have listed all the ingredients on our Product Info Sheet which can be found on our main website. This way a customer can preview the ingredient list or any Warning labels before they buy the product. As a loyal customer, you do have the option of switching to an alternative product. However, due to the circumstances we find that customer service did cancel all future autoships on October 20, 2022, and no more charges will incur. Awful business practices been with this company for years. They make pretty good products but cannot keep up and most importantly go back on their word. If I was you I wouldnt get started with them with anything. theyll just get you hooked on something that they wont keep up and then just leave you hanging like they did me. So they wanted to change their loyalty program so they acted as if my card decline because they were using the wrong card information. And when they realize this, could do nothing to rectify the situation. I was just taken out of the loyalty program made a regular customer after years of doing business and providing them with additional customers. Some loyalty I received in return. I will be taking my own advice and finding another product that works just as well and when I do I will be dropping them. Its nothing like patronizing a company that doesnt have their stuff together, just awful!!!!IT Works! Global, Inc.

This place is horrible. I bought a product from them. It made me sick they refuse to give me my money back. Now I have to pay $50 to cancel. This come is a scam I won't doing business with these ******** againIT Works! Global, Inc.

Ive been using this companys products for years now. I truly love the wraps and how they tighten my skin after kids. The greens give me energy and keep me regular. I use the cleanse every other month to keep my gut healthy and the fat fighters save me after sweets/carbs!IT Works! Global, Inc.

I was recently introduced to ********************* of IT WORKS and encouraged to try the 90 Day Challenge (Skinny Gummies + Thermo Fight X), by a friend of a family member. The claim was losing 30 lbs in 3 month - 10lbs each month.Based of that recommendation and after speaking with *********************, I decided to try it out! Right from the start I was over charged by $10 for the first month's order and when I raised this issue with *********************, she told me "that's the way I have always combined the packaged items and I will inform my team of the combo change - cuz they will do as I say!" However, there was no gesture for a credit / refund / discount at this time.. FIRST RED FLAG!I let it go.. Then, as part of ************************* ongoing social media marketing, she was looking for 'testers' for various products and I thought I would reach back out to inquire if I could become a tester for the current products I had purchased (or other products).. her response back to me was, "to be a tester, you can 'purchase whatever products' you like to try via the loyal customer discount program" (it's the same price for all, lol) ...SECOND RED FLAG!!Upon completion of the 90 Day Challenge there was NO Significant weight loss.. when I reached back out to ********************* to express my concerns, her response was, "I wish we would have chatted sooner ???? we could have switched something, or changed the time of day etc. They won't refund you unless the products are unopened. If they are, it's no problem!" How can I complete the 90 Day challenge WITHOUT consuming the products?!?! ... THIRD RED FLAG!!!When I expressed my dissatisfaction of the 90 Day Challenge products ($185x3 = $555), ********************* attempted to deflect and place blame back on to me and said, "Same. If you were a woman I would say menopause!" WOW - WTF.. I was speechless at this point! FOURTH RED FLAG!!!!Finally, when I attempted to appeal to ********************* and ask if there was anything that she could do in good faith to fix this maIT Works! Global, Inc.

These do not work ..gained weight! Charged me a membership fee that was never disclosed when I ordered and charged me 11$ per bottle to return again failed to mention when I ordered that I would be paying for return shipping. Continued to charge my card and send product after cancellation and still refuse to give me a refund for full amount and then told me as a one time courtesy they would give me 6.95 back towards shipping. This company is a scam. There product is a joke and so is there customer service. Due a refund of 207.40 out of 331.31 that is owed to me.IT Works! Global, Inc.

As a courtesy, customer service did issue you a return for shipping & handling for $6.95 for returned order XXXXXXXXX. Furthermore, you received a full refund for May order #XXXXXXXXX for $47.90. It may take up to 5 business days for your financial institution to credit you the funds. Finally, you mentioned other refunds.
