      Michael with Mr. Windows came to our home and after using this company for a previous home we knew what we wanted and Michael helped facilitate the project. The previous home never had any issues or concerns so we know we will be happy this time too.

      Our Representative, David L. was a pleasure to work with. He listened to what we needed & made the appropriate recommendations, saving us from a HUGE mistake with a local contractor. The financing offer is extremely helpful in getting us the protection we need for our home, located in a flood hazard area. We are thankful that we chose to go with David & his team!

      The rep that came to our house was friendly and knowledgeable. He also made great suggestions for how to change some window types to help meet my budget. The warranty on the windows and the installation is better than any other company we looked at.

      Although there were some hiccups with window installation behind delayed 3 times and door installation took several months from order date, all of the installers were professional and did a great job. And the final product looks great and adds value to my home. Thank you Mister Window.

      If I could give this company zero stars I would. The only acceptable It part of hiring them was their subcontractors that eventually put in our doors. We purchased bifold doors in March 2024. Initially, working with the salesman to develop a plan with a contractor to remove a column in the middle of our already existing French doors. The contractor (recommended by the salesman) came out and gave us a quote for the removal of the column. The contractors work was written in the original agreement. However, when our doors were finally ready to be installed in May 2025, The contractor was *** and we were left to find a contractor to complete the work before the doors could be installed. Throughout the past 13 months the communication with this company was unacceptable. They failed to respond to text messages and emails. The turnover of employees was also a big concern. We were very patient waiting for our doors for over a year but in the end this caused us to spend more than double the amount of money to get the column removed as construction prices has significantly increased. The company was unwilling to accept any responsibility for the delays. They postponed our installation one week after the construction was complete and we were living with a temporary wall in our home. In addition, working with ****** ****** was not a good experience. He had unacceptable costumer service skills. Also we have never posted a negative review on ****** but would not recommend this company.

      Great experience from start to finish on installing my windows. Val the sales rep was great as well as the install team led by Carlos. They were, neat and extremely knowledgeable. Mike the install manager called and followed up to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction Great job and I highly recommend Mr. Windows for all you window and door needs.
