On March 4, 2022, I contracted with this company to replace and install a new Generac whole house generator. I paid $6,400 of the $8,100 cost for the job. I was told because they had a good inventory the installation would be soon. I received no communications from them for 80 days. I called at the end of May and was told installation would be on June 29. I called them on June 29 and my questions were not answered with their representative very evasive and no set date for the job. My wife called on Jult 15 and received no information. I was called on July 15 after sending them a letter, which they did not answer, and was told by the project manager he could install the generator on July 28 and would give me a discount on installation. As of today, July 28, I have received no calls or indication that they intend to do the job. I want a new generator or my money back.

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/08/24) */ Hello! Your refund is being processed, can you please email [email protected] a cancellation letter. Thank you! Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/08/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The contract was breached and we do not understand why they are requesting a cancellation letter. Mr. Norwood called us on August 12th and said he would refund the $6400 via a certified check. We still have not received the check as of today, 8/25/2022.
