I purchased a home with Meraki installed panels.
I needed support from them, but the company has gone entirely dark. No phone response, just dead voicemail. No email. Nothing.
I think they have closed but are still listing their company online.

I purchased solar panels from Merakj solar and they damaged my roof. My ceiling is leaking and when I called to report it, there’s no answer after multiple messages left on the answering service. I was told when I selected another option that Meraki is no longer in business and they are outsourcing any roofing issues to a 3rd party that will charge $250 to come and just look at the issue. Then I will have to pay on top of that for repairs.Initial Complaint

Solar panels stopped out put power,
I've contacted Meraki several times, all I get is voice message to leave my name, address and the will contact me with in 5 days, we'll they have not contacted me for repairs, im out 50000.00
Dollars, im not sure what to think at this point,
FPL confirmed my solar panels are not out putting.

On April 17, 2025 I purchased a house that has solar panels. I was told by the previous owner, that Meraki Solar would transfer the warranty. That she called to let them know that she wanted the warranty transferred over to me (new owner) and they said I would have to call to request this. On April 17, 2025 I called and left a message (as they do not have anyone answering the phones). The message said I would receive a call back within 3 -5 business days. I've never received a call back. I have called approximately 20 times. And left approximately 10 messages. I have also emailed them twice with NO response.

I noticed that my solar panels stopped producing power to the electric company, so I called the Meraki solar number listed on their website (+1 (850) 220-6533). The phone number will ask you to make a selection each of the selections ask you to leave your name, number, address and description of the problem. The voice message says they will create a ticket and get back to you in five business days. I started calling them about two months ago and have had no callbacks, I have tried emailing them from the email address listed on their website, I also went to the Meraki building located in Warrington this weekend and there is a sign that is posted saying there is no public access so there is no way to contact the business to try and remedy my problem.

Paid Meraki to remove and reinstall solar panels in the beginning of 2024 ( they removed it january and more than three months to reinstall them back in May) and when the job was completed the half of panels were not producing any energy. I called to have them come a fix the issue and they send the Freedom Forever technician in November 2024 but the issue was not resolved. I have been calling many times ever since but have not been able to get a hold of anyone on the phone from Meraki and they have never returned my calls. I did get an email from their support (see attachment) stating that they would pass the issue to Freedom Forever again but nothing happened and when I contacted Freedom Forever they stated that they could not work on my property and that they were not in contact with Meraki because they would not answer any of their phone calls. I am also including my energy report from the last three years which show the significant decrease in energy generated after the reinstallation of the panels in May of 2024Initial Complaint

Had Meraki solar company here in Pensacola install a solar system July of 2021. Now the company is out of business and our system is not working. The new company that bought them out is not honoring our warranty.
