      I purchased solar panels from Meraki in September 2021. We had a rocky start with the installation of the panels. They delayed in the installation and then after the installation we had issues with converters. Customer service was available to us in the beginning. However, since Hurricane Milton in October 2024 we have not been able to reach anyone at Meraki. A solar panel was damaged (actually fell off the roof) during the hurricane. We called for assistance and was connected with Freedom Forever who told us we needed to contact our home insurance since the damage occurred during the hurricane. An inspector from our home insurance came by and inspected the damages and told us they could not help us with the solar panels because it was Meraki's responsibility to fix. We sent the report to Freedom Forever who then informed us they were waiting on Meraki for an FSD number. That was the extent of assistance we have gotten. We have called Meraki on multiple occasions with no call back from them. We call Freedom Forever, but they cannot help us with fixing of the panels. The only assistance they can offer us is with software issues. We have also called the two financial institutions (NBT and Sungage) involved with both companies and they cannot offer us any assistance with Meraki.

      i had solar panels installed on my roof a couple of years ago. Last July/August 2024, I noticed a discoloration of my ceiling drywall in my garage. As the size and number of spots started growing, i tried to contact my installer for potential inspection knowing that the leakes in the roof are coming from the exact area of the roof where the panels are mounted. Since early August 2024, I have called every published number I can find for the company including the original numbers i used throughout the sales and installation process, the number on the company's website, the number on file with the bank which manages the loans for the panels, the number on file with their third party installer, and every other number associated with this company. Each number leads back to the same automated message offering to choose 1 of the following topics that best fits my issue. I have selected each different extension and the same message is repeated: leave a message with your address, a ticket will be created, the call will be returned in an average of 3-5 days. I have not received the a call back yet having left multiple messages.

      Regardless of the liability of the company, the panels have to be removed for the roof to be repaired. My roofing contractor cannot make contact either. He has visited the location listed as their address to find a vacant building. The damage to my garage ceiling is growing. The decking of the roof is saturated in various locations, the joyces of my crawl space show the effects of water leaking.

      The third party contractor headquartered in CA does not have a way to contact the company, but offered me an option for them to come inspect the roof and charge me an additional $250 for the assessment plus whatever labor they determine needed for the solution.

      Are there any resources available for consumer protection/advocacy? I would prefer to remove the whole system as a result of my lack of satisfaction with the product and the company.

      I had Meraki Solar install solar panels on my home in 2020. In the last few months (1) of my (2) power Inverters have gone out. I have called and emailed the company time after time and can never reach a human. I can't get a call back or a reply to my emails. I used the Solar Monitoring App's self diagnosis option to diagnosis my system myself. It detected one of my Inverters is bad, took my name, address and said I qualify for a replacement Inverter and are supposedly shipping me a replacement, and even assigned me a Case File Number, but stated I still need to get in touch with my Solar Installer / Provider, which I still haven't been able to do. I call them and email them daily. Now I'm giving them the Case File number and practically begging for a return call. The only phone number I have to reach them by is ( *** ********* and the Email Contact I have for them is: **************************** I considered showing up at the office, but someone told me you can't even get into the office anymore. It's just a call center now. I don't know what else to do

      I ordered Solar panels in 2024 and they were installed in July of 2024. One of the panels is not working correctly, and it's obvious in the monitoring app. A technician troubleshooted the panel, and said it needs to be replaced. So far they're refusing to honor their warranty to replace the panel and not only that the array itself is nowhere near producing what they claimed it would. I'm saving a whole $13 a month on my electric bill, while paying $180 to finance the panels.

      Meraki Solar installed solar panels on my roof and the system is no longer working. After multiple attempts to contact them and leaving voicemails I have not heard back from them. I eventually found the number of the person who sold me the solar panels and called him and he claimed to still work with them and said he could help me out. Apparently the company was sold to another company and I reached out to them and they said because they didn’t install the solar panels, that they would not be able to look at them and figure out why they aren’t working. It’s been 6 months without the solar working and I am still making payment on the solar loan with nothing coming out of it. This business is ran horribly and I feel like I got scammed into getting this solar panels being told I would no longer have an electricity bill and taking on a $40,000 loan for something that isn’t even working. I now have a solar loan and an electricity bill to pay every month.

      Since the installation, roof has been leaking. Causing mold in different rooms of the house. Multiple time they have come, they said that it fixed, but next rain, all the ceiling is humid again.

      Late in 2024, Freedom Forever, a company they hire to handle service to clients, came and inspect the roof. They admit that the panel was the cause of the leaking, told me to look for contractors to fix it, and they will send a check. A few weeks later I receive a new email from Freedom, telling me that they split with Meraki, and that I should open a new case with them.

      I have been calling and writing for for a month. No one has called me back.

      During the quoting process that I was handling, a company look at the installation and took pictures, they damage a relatively new roof with their poor quality.

      Additionally to leaks, my system fails every time it rains, in 2024 it was offline for 4 month. However Meraki or Freedom forever came to fix it. Yesterday rains, the system fails again, and now I'm afraid that no one will help me.

      I had Meraki install a solar system in June of 2022. It has stop working in the last two months and they are not returning phone calls or emails. Part of the installation agreement was warranty and service work for 25 years.

      My complaint is I signed this contract. They never came out installed it. They installed it now. I can't even get ahold of them to. My system is not producing enough energy like they forecasted. I'll need somebody over here to fix my problem. I have tried to call them on numerous occasions. They have not responded back to me. I'm wanting to smell this system now. Taken off my house and I wanted to credit it back if they cannot resolve my issue. My issue is my system is not working correctly. And I needed to work correctly. Or I want this stuff taken off my house. It's a project.

      Aquired the solar system October 2022. It worked great until it broke in March 2023. It took 2 weeks to get an appointment, another 2 weeks to come out and tell me theyd have to order the part. Took 3.5 months to come back out and explain they had the wrong part. Took 2 more months to get the right part and fix the issue finally early in November 2023. Worked great again until April 2024. Then i find that my maintenance contract has been sold to Freedom Forever. I work with them and a similar time table took place. Again after several phone calls over 5 months they finally got the system repaired in October 2024. Like clockwork for the 3rd time my system broke on January 6th 2025. After calling Freedom Forever i was told they sold the contracts back to meraki. I have sinced called Meraki solar 3 times and left a message as instructed and waiting the suggested 5 business days for a returned call and have yet to recieve one. Their building is also closed and not open to the public. Im at a loss and paying monthly for panels that are under warranty but arnt being serviced or working. Please help

      I need a change in my solar panels installation but Meraki people never answer my calls or emails. Additionally they have no fisical address or an office.
