      I appreciate Rafael Villegas and Lorena Montilla for answering all our questions in regards to our new solar system. They were very professional and knowledgeable of the system and always available to answer any additional questions we had along the way. They do care about their customers and we highly recommend them. We are new to the solar technology and will update this review if we encounter any issues with the equipment or customer service in the future.

      I must say that I was very happy with the initial installation of my SES but I am sincerely upset with their service. I had my SES up and running for 2 1/2 months and the system produced extremely well. However my SolarEdge inverter completely failed and my system became useless. I called Meraki and they said that they were waiting on the inverter company to send me a new inverter and then they would install it. I e-mailed the inverter company and they told me it was a Meraki issue. Meraki is installing systems daily in my area and yet I have to wait for the inverter company? I mean if this was a compressor or computer chip for an a/c/ unit it would be done in 24 hours. WHY DOES MERAKI NOT HAVE OTHER INVERTERS IN STOCK? They charged me $70,000 for my SES and I expected them to stand behind their installation NOT pass the but to the inverter company. I am now being told that this may take 3-4 weeks before I even receive a replacement inverter. IF YOU ARE IN THE SES BUSINESS AND YOU KNOW THAT THERE ARE ISSUES WITH INVERTERS WHY DO THEY NOT KEEP ANY IN STOCK TO SERVICE EXISTING CLIENTS? Another issue is the log on the inverter shows that there was an issue with the inverter in 2020, My system was installed 3 months ago now, that makes the inverter 2 years old. Again , the installation was fine, the performance was fine, the SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. If this is what is going to happen in the future should another issue happen, I would not recommend anyone purchase a solar system from them. I AM SURE THEIR RESPONSE WOULD BE IT IS OUT OF THEIR CONTROL, BUT THAT IS JUST THE POINT.....IT SHOULD BE WITHIN THEIR CONTROL IF THEY ARE INSTALLING INVERTERS ON A DAILY BASIS TO NEW CUSTOMERS. NEW CUSTOMERS THAT MAY END UP IN THE SAME POSITION AS ME. THEY NEED TO KEEP SPARE "EVERYTHING" ON HAND TO KEEP CLIENTS SYSTEMS RUNNING PROPERLY!

      We are sorry to hear about your concerns. As commented on the Google Review you left. The inverter has to be sent from the company in order to install, they replace the inverter that you have with your system. Every customer has something different so inverters aren't just sitting around the warehouse they are specific to the systems. Also, many companies are short on materials and are still recovering from COVID so you patience during the process would be appreciated . Every customer is important at Meraki, we strive for world-class customer service and are glad to hear you have an inverter on the way!

      I am very sorry you feel you can hide behind the COVID excuse, that is very unprofessional at this time and is simply a lame excuse. You installed an inverter that was over a year old so your reasoning of delays brought about by supply chain issues from Covid does NOT hold water. When a person spends over $70,000 for a SES we expect service NOT excuses. I suggest you start acting like a company that is interested in more than just installing SES but is also able to service them as well. The initial step in servicing your customers is to have the equipment ready for any situation and the manpower to carry out the service. Your sarcastic remark""inverters aren't just sitting around in the warehouse" was just another lame excuse. Get your act together and become a professional who knows that service after an installation is even more important than the installation because one bad review goes a long way.
      I have been in business successfully over 32 years and excuses never do anything but harm.I strongly suggest that you start keeping an inventory in the near future or replace your current person that does your buying. Even an apprentice buyer understands lag time and makes sure inventory is sufficient to cover projected service needs.

      it is over 3 weeks now that my system has been down and I received 2 emails from you stating that an inverter was on the way. NO INVERTER OR EVEN A NOTIFICATION THAT IT IS IN TRANSIT.

      IF THIS IS WHAT CONSIDER "WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE" YOU HAVE TOTALLY MISSED THE MARK. DARE I SAY YOU HAVE NOT EVEN GOTTEN OUT OF THE STARTING BLOCKS.

      Your company definitely needs a real customer service department and a buyer that knows what a buyers job entails.

      IT is now going to be a month on 8/24 that my solar was down due to an inverter problem. Twice I have attempted through BBB to get Meraki to install a replacement inverter. I got tired of their excuses,(5-6weeks backorder) I ordered the exact replacement inverter 3 days ago and it is at my house . 3 DAYS NOT 5-6 WEEKS BACK ORDER. I call to have one of their techs install it and they have the nerve to say that they will not install an inverter that I purchased and that they ordered one and it may be there in 7-10 days.
      MERAKI CLAIMS TO HAVE WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THE ONLY THING WORLD CLASS ABOUT THEM ARE THEIR CONSISTENT EXCUSES AND BEATING AROUND THE BUSH.

      I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO USE MERAKI SOLAR. THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT THEY HAVE NO SERVICE AFTER THE PRODUCT WAS INSTALLED WITH A 10 YEAR WARRANTY. A WARRANTY THAT IS USELESS.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY especially do not deal with a salesperson named Ryan ********* First of all, I mentioned to him my concern about having a "huge generator". I told him I don't want anything big in my yard. He reassured me and even sent me photos of what the generator would look like. I agreed because in the picture it was a good size for me. However, he didn't mention that there would be TWO HUGE TANKS that will also be installed! On top of that, the company that installed these two huge tanks did a ****** job in placing them in my yard. I had told Ryan ******** about this issue but he had not done anything yet so far. I also mentioned this to Lishaniz *** but no actions as of now. If he had told me about these tanks, I wouldn't get a generator. Secondly, he didn't mention other charges that I will be getting. I received a charge on the huge tanks, the quarterly maintenance of the generator and another charges from the electric company. Thirdly, I am already paying for the solar when they are not done fixing my issues.

      Also, the way this company installed the solar panels make me doubt the integrity of the panels. They had just screwed them on the roof. I still have to wait if it will leak when it rains. I regret going with this company especially speaking to this salesperson.
