  No customer service, no calls returned, don't buy, we paid thousands of dollars for this solar and nobody returns our calls, no customer service, we need a roof repair and can't get anyone to come take down the solar panels. Half of our panels are working and only getting half the solar service.

  Left me high and dry after installing. No one to contact after solar panels stop producing. Now I'm stuck paying off a loan for solar panels that don't work. Searching for an attorney now ??

  I was also scammed by Meraki solar panel company. On 11/26/2021 we made the unfortunate decision to get solar panels in the attempt to reduce the electricity bill prices and to prevent those future electric rate changes. Before the solar panels I used to pay between 100+ and 200+, max $300 (in summer) in electric bill per month. After the solar panel, not only we had to pay $298 monthly in addition to the TECO bill, which has been ranging $130+ per month, which is doubling the price that we were paying before the solar panels. Since we got the panels, not even once anyone from the company has come to provide maintenance service or to even verify that the panels are working properly, but what it is most concerning is that Meraki doesn't answer any calls, emails and do not even return any communication from us. I have made multiple attempts to contact Meraki to get them come to my house to detach and then reinstall the solar panels, which by the contract we are allowed to do it once within the first 5 years for a price of almost $1500. So far, Meraki hasn't not answered, returned any of my communications communication. I attempted to reach out to the financing company Dividend Finance and there is nothing that they can do for me. After further investigating, it appears that there are countless of customers who have reported Meraki. It made me sick to my stomach to see all of that. I am really worried about my family/house future because if I stop making payments they will put a lien on my house. I am also worried, if the panels get damaged due to a natural catastrophe or if they stop working, I do not have anyone to service the solar panels. STAY AWAY from Meraki LLC. Report it to:

  We had our solar panel system installed in 2021 by Meraki Solar. In the past 4 years our Solar system had gone down for 6 months in Dec 2022 to June 2023 and is now down again since Fec 2023 and is currently down again not producing any Solar making my electricity bill over $600 a month. I have called the phone number for customer service with no reaponse several times and my POC text messages stating that a service request was entered but no contact t to resolve this issue. Do not buy from this company they do not stick by their policy or their product. We spent on er $50,000 on a Solar system that is broken and company that cannot be reach and does not service their product that has a 25 year warranty at least that is what we were told, unsure about what is true and if we were scammed. DO NOT BUY FROM MERAKI SOLAR in Pensacola or anywhere else

  PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY MOTHER LEAVING HER WITH A HUGE DEBT AND LYING ABOUT THE AMOUNT THAT THEY WOULD GET IN RETURN AS A GOVERNMENT AFFILIATION AND HOW WOULD GET THAT MONEY BACK IS A BIG BIG SCAM PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF THE TROUBLE FROM GETTING SCAM

  After purchasing a solar system through Meraki it worked great for the 1st 5 months (during fall/winter) then broke in the spring. To get it fixed I made a call and was told they would be sending the request to their (i don't remember the name exactly) monitoring department so they could check the system and that I would get a call back in 2-3 business days. 8 business days later l, I called back, and found that the "monitoring" department had already found out what they needed so I pointed out the obvious disconnect I communication. I was then told that i'd be receiving a call to schedule the maintenance call. Later that day i recieved a call and scheduled an appointment that at its soonest was 2 weeks out. The appointment day came and went with the outcome being that they didn't have the part to fix it. After 3 .5 more months of waiting and 4 calls from me checking in for updates an appointment was finally made for August 19th. The day came and went with the words "I'm really sorry, we don't have the right part". After 2 more phone calls and 5 more weeks, the system was fixed and worked great. That was year 1. After almost a couple months of operation it went down again. The same process occurred again almost like a timer went off. This time at the end of the summer (from February-July) though they sold their maintenance contracts to Freedom Forever. They took an additional 4 months to get it fixed only for it to break down 6 weeks later. I then call Freedom Forever again. After a month (as they are a similar speed) I call to check in and find they sold back to Meraki. Calling Meraki only prompts you to leave a voicemail with the words "we will get back to you in 2-3 business days. I've waited 5 days in between the voicemail I've left both times and to no avail am still sitting with a broken system paying almost an additional $300/mo for glass, metal, and plastic. This is just plain bad business. Awful.

  PLEASE DO NOT GET SCAMMED. This company was great at making to feel good during the sale pitch but all lies. Haven't received any call back for now 7 MONTHS while the money comes out faithfully on the 1st of the month. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Deserves a NEGATIVE STAR rating.

  Cannot get a hold of anyone! Need warranty department and there is no one to contact and now google says business is closed?!?! I'm paying a lot of money to someone I cannot get a hold of.

  Do not do business with this company or any of its affiliates. They take advantage of elderly people by overstating the savings of their solar system and understating the cost. Contract terms do not match the promises made. Post sale they are unresponsive and dismissive. A recent installation of theirs actually increased the monthly electric cost by 30%! Phone calls and emails asking for their help in resolving the issue remain unanswered. This would be a zero star review if that were an option.

  A terrible company that tries to hook people with high-money contracts where the deceptions are the first thing that stands out, and when people realize the deception, it is too late because there is a debt on top of it that they cannot pay. Currently I am about to lose my house because of the high payments they want to put on me. This company promised me several products and did not comply with all of them, and in exchange, they want me to settle for a check that is supposed to represent a promotion and the payment of what they did not fulfill. However, I continue with a high debt where I cannot even pay the monthly payment plus the expenses that I already had from before for being a homeowner. They deceived me by telling me that they were giving me credit when, in truth, they were giving me a debt. NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL, unfortunately. If agents come to your door to offer you "free" things to supposedly save you money, it is definitely a scam, and what makes me the angriest is that I cannot even tell the truth to the agent who came to my house and abused my trust. They took advantage of the fact that I did not know enough English to understand the contract. They said, they will have support in Spansih and only 6 months after is when someone comes and "try to help"but in reality only told me that I need to pay
