    If you need windows installed in a timely and professional manner call New South. We bought 5 windows and they did a masterful job of installation, follow-up, and cleaning up after the job was done. Call them, you will not be sorry.

    Very satisfied they replaced 14 windows in one day with 4 workers all worked hard with no lunch break until the job was complete. All windows look great. They cleaned up all the mess after the job was done,

    We compared multiple window companies and while New South was not the cheapest, in our opinion, the quality was best and worth a slightly higher cost. The windows were delivered and installed on schedule and really updated the look of our 20 yr home. Can’t go wrong wi5 NewSouth.

    Had all new windows installed in July, had one with a minor problem that was correctd timely.

    We purchased hurricane impact-rated windows and a hurricane-rated door from New South Window Solutions Pensacola, Florida. The whole experience of buying from them was a pleasure from start to finish. Their windows are made in the USA in their company-owned factory in Tampa, Florida. Our windows and door are beautiful, superbly made, and extremely energy efficient. Their customer service was excellent! They were with us through the whole process, even giving us updates on our windows as they were being made. We are extremely happy with our new windows and door, and with New South Window Solutions Pensacola, Florida.

    I am very happy with my new windows which were ordered on July 3,2023. The presentation by the customer rep was quite informative and the window sample seem to be well built. I ordered 6 windows and was told that it would be about 16 to 18 weeks. The company kept me informed of the progress and on Sept 6,2023 called to let me know the windows were in and ready to be installed. Installer took out the first window and showed me that the sill was rotten due to water. Repairs to that opening were not included in the contract. However, installer stated that he could fix the problem. I assumed that all the sills would be in the same condition. He told me what was needed and the additional expense. I agreed; I went to Lowes while he continued to remove the remaining windows. He reframed the openings and installed the 6 windows in about 3 hrs. He caulked the inside, outside, and put new aluminum trim around the exterior of the windows. Caulking job was excellent (no smears and a good bead) as well as the new exterior trim pieces. When finished the two man crew cleaned the glass and picked up all the scrap that was on the ground. There was no paint touchup to the interior walls. All I had to do was rehang the blinds and move back some furniture. I was quite impressed with the quality of work of this installer who didn't mind me asking questions.

    I am very happy with the windows but I’m not happy with the condition of them. When you buy something new you expect it to be clean and mine look like they have been in storage for a long time and when I ask about who is going to clean them they tell me they don’t do that. I paid $16,000.00 for them and now I’m told I have to clean them. I’m 75 and can’t get anyone to listen.
