My first purchase was wonderful, second purchase has been a completely awful. Between the damaged bedframe purchased in (October 2022 and still not replaced as of February 2023), missed delivery dates, delivered wrong mattress and lack of customer service I will not go back. They won't let me escalate my issue to a manager. NO one cares. Not being a fulltime resident has made failed deliveries hard to reschedule. Still have no delivery date for the damaged bed frame. Very frustrating and dissatisfied with Kanes.Kane's Furniture

Delivery was originally received in December 2022. It was reported to our offices that the selected regular box springs made the mattress sit too high for our customer.In addition, damage to the finish on the bed rails was also reported. The regular box springs were promptly replaced with low profile and the replacement bed rails were placed on back order with the manufacturer.
As our customer states she is a part time resident who communicated to ** back in December 2022 that she would be returning to ******* in February 2023. Our customer has now returned and the replacement bed rails have been replaced. We believe this matter has been addressed.Review fromMichelle H

Bought a sectional and purchased the warranty. Leather started cracking called found out wasnt covered by warranty. Corporate called and offered a replacement. Was to be delivered January 31, no communication from Kanes. I emailed only to find out that the replacement was damaged. Dont buy from them or the warranty that they push. Kanes Furniture warrants to the original purchaser at the original delivery site that the merchandise is to be free from defects in workmanship, under normal use and conditions for a period of one year from the date of delivery. The described issue was first reported to our offices outside the one-year warranty. Nevertheless,to provide our customer with some assistance ********************************************* as a gesture of goodwill offered to exchange the power loveseat section of the sectional.Unfortunately, damage was discovered to the item during the quality control inspection process before delivery.
We are sincerely sorry that we failed to properly communicate. There is no excuse. Kanes Furniture prides itself on excellent customer service and it is embarrassing to hear that we did not meet this expectation. Given, the sectional piece is unobtainable from the manufacturer Kanes Furniture offered to take back the sectional pieces for in-store credit which our customer has declined. Kanes will not take back furniture. Take advantage of the eldely .Refused to take my back my reclinder. I called two days complained reclinder not safe. The chair tips over and arms of chair unstable. Plus chair material i was alergic broke out. I wanted to exchange for a bigger better safer chair customer service refused to exchange it or return.Kanes have no compassion for the elderly , they just dont care !!.Kane's Furniture

Kanes Furniture warrants to the original purchaser at the original delivery site that the merchandise to be free from defects in workmanship, under normal use and conditions for a period of one year from the date of delivery. A service technician conducted an inspection on the recliner confirming there was no damage or defects in workmanship or construction.
The recliner was purchased as a lease to own through Progressive Leasing which is a program made available to our clients as an option of purchasing new furniture. It is our understanding at our customers request that Progressive Leasing has picked up the recliner from the home. We believe this matter has been addressed.Review fromCynthia p

I purchased a living room set that was "made of leather". Now two years later it looks like I pulled it out of a dumpster. Worse furniture I have ever purchased! Kanes furniture is unwilling to make this right. I want to warn others to do your research. They have thousands of bad reviews none of which are on there website. Kanes Furniture cannot honor a repair or replacement of the furniture given the warranty does not cover fading/discoloring, incidental or consequential damages, damages from any type of animal and the one year warranty has expired. Ordered a sofa and a chair, paid $2500 in full in October. It was supposed to be delivered in December, then in second week of January. Still not delivered as of today. No one reaching out to me explaining why the delay. Called the info line today, the representative who answered was extremely rude, kept talking over me, interrupting mid sentence, not letting me finish my question and then hung up. I will never do business with this company againKane's Furniture

We acknowledge our customer's comments and would like to extend our most sincere apologies. The selected items purchased online in October 2022 were on back order. The estimated arrival date into our facility was communicated as early December. The anticipated shipment was extended by the manufacturer for reasons beyond our control. Regrettably, backorder arrival dates are subject to change due to delays in the manufacturing and shipping of goods. These postponements continue to impact all retailers and are not unique to just Kanes Furniture.
Since October our web sales division has consistently shared arrival date changes with our customer both verbally and via email. Presently, the shipment is estimated to arrive at our Distribution Center in late January. Upon its arrival, our customer will be promptly contacted to make delivery arrangements. Our customer reported to our offices on December 12, 2022 that the sofa motor had stopped working. Unfortunately, the one year warranty expired in May 2021.Nevertheless, in the effort to provide assistance Kanes Furniture confirmed that a replacement motor is available on a charge basis with the manufacturer.The pricing has been shared with our customer for his records.********************************************************* cannot honor a repair or replacement of the furniture given the warranty has expired.

123 I ordered a lot of things from the store my couch does not recline the chair for the office is ripped we dont even use it this is garbage I will never come in your store again people dont go in here the furniture will only last two years at the most you buy furniture it should last more than two years and replace to fix my couch its going to cost me over $100Kane's Furniture

The one-year warranty ended in April 2019 on the sectional and December 2019 on the desk chair. Regrettably,Kanes Furniture cannot honor a repair or replacement of the furniture given the warranty has expired.

We bought a new leather beige couch and love seat and had it delivered on May 8, 2019. Last year, where my husband’s head rests, the beige was rubbed off and black showed through. I called Kane’s and was told the manufacturers warranty was only good for one year. I made a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and was that told the same. Later the manual recliner on the love seat quit working. This weekend, I saw there was cracked and peeling plastic behind the couch where my husband sits. I called Kane’s and was told that this area isn’t real leather and again, no warranty. Wasn’t surprised about the warranty news. I will NEVER walk into a Kane’s furniture store again. Even if the entire couch was plastic, it should last longer than 3 years. We are retired. Have no children and are not obese. I keep my home impeccably clean. I have polished this furniture with the cleaner/polish that was provided to me. The quality of furniture there is very poor! I hope you do NOT make the mistake I did by purchasing furniture from Kane’s.Kane's Furniture

After extensively going through every recliner in the store we settled on acquire expensive MOTO UNIT. I have terminal illness Bad sever back and walking issues. At no time did anyone ever mention they have no return policy. I know know why they insisted I buy an extra cost furniture policy. After less than two full months the chairs seat becane very uncomfortable. there was no change in my condition to aloude to health. Frankly I have to shift repeatedly due to the uneven nature of the seat area. In my contact with the store they provided a service call number. I followed their instructions and after a week or so a service tech showed up. He reviewed everything and stated "unfortunately" the manufacturer uses memory foam. This has been known to cause sitting issues. That I needed a firm seat with reinforced padding. He then said I could but a after market cushion. I just spent just shy of $1400 and now just shy of three months I need to purchase an after market cushion. He said unfortunately he can only write the report but there is nothing he could do to resolve the problem. Aftercare week of hearing nothing I called the service provider who stated unfortunately there was nothing they could do call the store. I called yesterday Wed and was told no one available. I requested a manager and was advised they would call when they were free. When I asked for an approximate time she stated when he was free. I waited all day and until 11;30 am and after trying to call o could not get through. Leave a call back number they would send a text. I got that immediately but after rxplsingvny circumstance I was told unfortunately they have no refund policy and to add insult to injury read the fine print. I informed them that unfortunately I would reach out to Atty General and other state and yourself. To file a complaint. They then texted a manager would call. I wanted to pursue options but I am quite concerned since their policy is in my opinion LET THE BUYER BEWARE.Kane's Furniture

I have selected another chair, allegedly have a credit toward any other purchase. However, the concern what I'd this sNe manufacturers chair fails similarly due to the seat foam they are using. I appreciate their efforts to resolve but this lingers as a concern
