In March of 2024, I followed an advertisement for Keto+ Gummies. Of the many order options available, I selected a single purchase of 1 bottle for $39.99 and entered my credit card information. I soon received notification that my order of 6 additional bottles had been added to my purchase for a total of nearly $300. Right away, I called the phone number provided by the company and confirmed the cancellation of my entire order. I was adamant that nothing be charged to my account, and the representative assured me that the order was canceled and nothing would be charged. This was not the case. My bank account was charged $239.99 on March 24, 2024, and another $239.99 on April 25, 2024. This is fraud and I am working with my bank to cancel the card being charged. I am writing behalf of my 77 y.o. mother who purchased a one time bottle of but was billed an incorrect amount later. The vendor continued to bill my mother on a monthly basis. We understand a return is possible by calling customer service but the line was busy during the multiple times or did not work. The billing continued and the only way to stop it was to cancel the credit card and file a dispute for all the unsealed / unused product we sent back at our cost. Since customer service could not be reached, a RMA # could not be obtained for a refund. Written letters were never answered and at this point, all possible avenues to reach Asure were exhausted. As of today (3-14-24) there is a dispute pending with Asure digging in its heels. Asure states terms & conditions were given to buyers but none was never received. Asure billed 239.99 and this was not the agreed price. Subsequent shipments arrived without permission / consent even after the credit card was closed. Two shipments of their product were sent back to Asure with confirmed delivery. The reason why I had to stop using their product was because I was switching / adding new medication due to Cancer and my medical provider told me to stop using products from Asure. Again all product in the original unopened shipping bag was sent back to Asure with no refund. As previously stated, no RMA could be obtained due to the barrier to reach Asure.Initial Complaint

I purchased the Keto+ ACV Gummies online on Nov. 5, 2023 for $59.99 ( a discount price for the full $129.99 cost). I specifically made sure that I purchased a "one time only" purchase and NOT a monthly auto-option offered. I am still being charged full price for a product I do not want. I have looked at the invoice and there is no account information or way for me to contact the company to cancel this. Upon further search, I have seen that that not only was I charged the "deal" of $59.99 on Nov. 5, but also the full price cost of $129.99! There is another charge for Dec. 5, 2023 for $129.99 and again on Jan. 5, **** for $129.99. I have just finally figured out how to find the website listed for ASUREPRODUCT, but the phone number listed is no longer in service and I have no way of reaching out to the company to stop the charges and purchases. I want to close the account and make sure there is no longer a charge or product happening in the future.Business Response

We see the account is still set to subscriptions, today we have successfully cancelled the account per request so there should be no further charges from this point.
As for the refund, the best we can do is credit 35% of the recent charges back to the account which would be $31.49.

On 1/06/2024 I clicked a link in an Instagram add for Keto Drops. I added a 2-Bottle order to my cart totaling $59.99, and proceeded to check-out. I was prompted to use my cc to pay and I confirmed yes. After payment another screen popped up offering additional products, I closed the page as I had no desire to purchase anything else. I received a confirmation email (with no company contact information nor any disclosure language) saying that an additional 6-bottle order was added to my purchase for an additional $239.99, adjusting my order total to $299.98. I immediately replied to emailed alerting the company the order was incorrect and requested a full cancellation and refund. I received no response so I emailed again on 1/9/24 to follow up on my cancellation request. On 1/11/2024 I received a shipping notification from the company that my order had been shipped (WHY). I replied drawing attention to my two previous emails about the incorrect order and request for cancellation and full refund. I received a reply stating this was a FINAL SALE and unfortunately no refund could be processed but an offer for 50% off. My bank and I contacted the number included in the email and were told there were no options for refund. When the package arrived I refused it and returned it. Still no refund has been processed. Products Assure (billing name) selling through Shopketodrops.com or Keto Drops is a FRAUD. I hope no one else is impacted by this theft model of business. On 1/14/24 the email ********************** sent their TERMS AND CONDITIONS, 8 days after initial contact, no where else are these Terms and Conditions presented.Business Response

As the product was delivered, we cannot give a 100% refund. We will give her a 75% refund of $225.98, which she will receive in 3-5 days. She will not receive any future charges from us.

My wife ordered **** Drops Keto + ACV gummies for the advertised price for a ONE TIME charge. For the initial order, we were charged two amounts, ****** and *****, on 11/24/23. We were charged again ****** on 12/24/23. These have been apparently monthly charges to our credit card.
