      I ordered a bottle of health pills for ***** but they sent me 6 + 3 other bottles that I dont know what there for tried to get a Rama # to send back but they would not give me one so I filed a dispute with my credit card but now they clam they cant do anything so I tried to contact them but no answer all I want to do is return them I cant afford to pay for this being there charging me 2***** for stuff I didnt order please help

      I believe this company is a scam; I only to buy one bottle of diet pills to try; my doctor said do not use. I got permission to return by ******* on 9-1-2023 and she gave me the address to return them.They are still charging me as on a revolving account.

      On August 14th, my mother who is hearing impaired found an add for a KETO gummy being sold for $39.99. She called the number on the add. She believed she was buying 1-bottle to try for $39.99. It was only after I saw a withdrawll from her checking account for $239.99 that we began to realize she had been scammed.I called to request a refund that the transaction had been in err. They claimed they offered no-refunds. After being persistant (and after having been hung up on), they did say they would refund my checking account 50%. 5 phone calls, 3 conversations with the bank later, no money has been issued. I would like them to minimally honor the 50% refund, AND be shut down for fraud!

      On July 27, 2023 placed an online order for 3 bottles Keto - ACV Gummies @ $39.99 ea. and was also to get 3 bottles for free. All 6 bottles were received and I was charged $239.99 for all 6 bottles rather than $119.97 for the 3 I ordered. They also added a second charge for $59.99 for something that I never ordered. They over charged me $180.01!!! I received 2 more packages of supply by end of August and September which I didnt include in my initial order. Tried contacting the customer support at ************ but no one answering.

      I ordered from Shop assure online. They sent me items i did not order. I received a opened package with most contents missing of an incorrect order. Shpassure billed m,y credit card ****** and ***** on 7/23. I called she assure ,they said I received the mdse, they would not file a lost or stolen claim, I call the credit card company they were not helpful. I called she assure back and they said a credit has been issued, I have not received a cedit. I would like a refund. Shop issue does not operate ethically.       Have a charge on September card statement for a charge of $239.99 from a company called Shopasure *************). Not for sure what was ordered. No response by phone. Beleive this is part of keto gummie scam. Ordered some in july and was not what i wanted, from a company called Biosure. Was charged $239.99 for the order. Received another order in August. Called the credit card company and i had not been charged at that time for it. But the charge for the same amount did showed up, but from Shopasure.I am not sending order back as i did not request it. I am also going to put in paperwork to dispute the charge with the credit company. Would ***** be refunded than to bother credit card company for a business dealing that is not legitament.

      On 7/23/23, I visited the website and added items to my cart. I added my credit card information and when I scrolled down to the bottom of the page, the total didn't match what was advertised. So I erased my information and closed the web page. The next day I realized the site charged my credit card for $239.99. I contacted the phone number on the charge at which time I spent 45 minutes arguing with someone over the charge. They refused to refund my money because "the order was already processed" and agreed to refund 50% and they would refund the other 50% when I returned the product. It has been 3 weeks since I returned it and I have yet to receive the rest of my money back. I called the same number and now I can't reach anyone. I just sit on hold forever. I never authorized this purchase and I want my darn money back!

      On 7/27 /23 this company took $239 from my bank and never sent me anything at all I called them and they will not refund me I don't even know what it is that I suppose to have bought the company is called shopasure please help.

      I made an online order on July 22, 2023.The website automatically charged my Mastercard for the most expensive selection ($239.99), and added an additional product for $59.99, plus made these charges monthly recurring charges without my approval. I still have not received any products, nor a confirmation email, and cannot get anyone to answer the provided phone number or email address.

      She purchased Buy Keto Bites and was charged for the subscription.

      On July 26 she called and we cancelled the account with no further charges.

      A 50% refund will be issued today, taking 3-5 days to process depending on the bank.

      Since the delivery was already received August 1, we cannot issue the full refund.
