      In December I purchased some Keto gummies. First I was overcharged but the company made good on it and refunded the overcharge. I never signed up for a subscription or for this to be a reoccurring monthly order but on January 11th I was charged for another order in the amount of $189.99. When I called the company to find out why I was charged again they told me I had a subscription and they sent out another order. I told them I did not sign up for a subscription I do not want their product and I would like my money back. She was only authorized to give me half of my money back and she canceled this subscription. But I'm still out almost $100 for an order I never made.

      Date of transaction was 1/11/24. I thought I had ordered a ***** bottle of gummies for weight loss. I had put in information and at the end I thought I would be able to see and verify my amount and click accept. However, there was nothing at the end it just hit your credit card. So I went on to look how much I was charged and I have two charges on my account. One for ****** and one for ***** from Asureproducts.com. However the phone number that you have listed is a different number. I have ************. So I called the customer service number and they said there was nothing they could do for me except give me ****** back. I said if you can give me the ****** you can cancel the order and give me my full refund. They refused. I am also working with my bank to see if they can also help me out with this. I called twice and both times I got someone with an accent and I could here a bunch of people in the background. Please stop this company from stealing money from people. Thank You for your time.

      On 1/1/24 I saw an ad for a bundle of products from this company. I ordered the bundle and then my card was charged 10 times more than the ad stated. I emailed and tried to call the company as soon as I saw the pending charge amount on my card. I never got a response to my emails and could not get anyone on the phone for 8 days. When I finally got someone on the phone the lady told me that they did not accept returns or do refunds when their website clearly states that they do take returns and do refunds. I have been fighting to get my money refunded for a product that I was overcharged for and do not want.

      I thought I was purchasing a product for $39.99 and they charged me $239 and forced a purchased of $59 to the total.I DID NOT AUTHORIZE EITHER OF THESE PURCHASES.They took my rent money, I just want my money back.I called the company and of course there was nothing that they could do.

      Dec.28 2023 company took from my account ****** unauthorized. They told me I cant send a product back become they have no refund policy, but they stating refund policy on they website. I wanted to talk to the manager they refuse it. Awful company, and they are lying.

      On October 21, 2023 I placed an online order for 3 bottles Keto - ACV Gummies @ $39.99 ea. and was also to get 3 bottles for free. All 6 bottles were received and I was charged $239.99 for all 6 bottles. They added an additional charge for $59.99. I do not know what this charge was for. I received 2 more packages of supply on a recurring billing cycle of $239.99. I can not reach this business via phone or email. I want to cancel ALL future orders - NOW!

      I placed an order for (1) bottle of Keto weight loss gummies for $39.99. On December 14, 2023 my bank account had (2) transactions from Asure Products, first transaction was $239.99 and the second transaction was $59.99. Today, December 18, 2023, I received (6) bottles of Keto Gummies and (2) bottles of Cleanse. This is not what I ordered and after talking to their ******** Service agent, I believe this is 100% a scam. These companies should be shut down!

      Did NOT sign up for a subscription!! This is a terrible company that has absolutely no issue in defrauding customers. I would greatly appreciate help in getting this resolved.
