    Their website lead times are completely inaccurate. I placed a cold cup order for 10,000 cups--4-6 week lead time--we are now 9 weeks later and still have not received our product. There is only one email address to contact, and there is little to no communication, even after multiple emails. I would highly recommend sourcing your products elsewhere.

    I ordered a custom order of cups worth over $1500 and over months later don't have my cups and they wont return my correspondence. Save your money!

    I placed an order in the end of January and was told at most it would be 4 weeks lead time. Its 2 weeks past that and I have received no product or any answer to customer service. Ive sent multiple emails to both the info email and to ****** who put my order through. There is just no answer.

    We have ordered multiple times from this company and we know that anything personalized ships separate and takes A LOT longer. There is ZERO communication, no response to emails and absolutely no phone number to call. We placed an order on October 9th and emailed MULTIPLE times and have heard nothing. We will be putting a stop payment on this order if it's not respolved immediately.

    I just want to reply to the business. There is no phone number anywhere to call. If you fill out information on the website, I don't believe they get them, as when I finally found a legit email they acted like they are very prompt to return messages.We were always told 15 days for custom orders. Just FYI that applies to sleeves only. Custom Cups are 4-6 weeks. Communication is horrible and it's a shame. If anyone reading this needs to reach the business the ONLY way we have found is : *******************************

    I placed an order(#*****) with this company in early August. I received about half of my order in satisfactory time. The rest of my order is still missing, it is now early November. I havent even seen a proof of the other items Im waiting on. I have made several attempts to find out what is going on with no response to my emails or from their customer service portal. I just want what I have paid for and someone to tell me what is going on. It shouldnt be this difficult.

    To say that I am BEYOND disappointed with their customer service is an understatement. I placed my order for sleeves 7/25. I emailed again 8/5 to ask for an update and was told it would take 15 days. It is now AUGUST 30th , a month later and I have tried numerous times to contact them. They have not responded to me nor have I received any update about when it would ship. My order still shows as confirmed. This is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend them.

    Ive only received half my order still waiting on sleeves and cups that I paid to have expedited its been 2 months now, Ive tried reaching out several times and no one responds, its a bummer because the part of the order that did come I really liked. Seems like this is a common problem after reading all the reviews. If they reach out Ill update my review accordingly.
