Response from 3/29 review. Sleeve supply, this is not the truth. I ordered both 12 and 16oz pet cups both times. I paid the one time set up fee the first time and ordered the exact same order the next time, which is why I selected repeat order. Your claim to need a new plate and cover that cost as a courtesy is invalid. Also, you NEVER responded via email when I reached out to follow up. This is invalid as well. Hopefully Ill receive tracking so I can know when my items will arrive, at least.Sleeve Supply

We're not quite sure what this review is in reference to. It appears you are addressing our response to a different customer's review. To address your concerns, your original order contained both a 12 oz and 16 oz cup. You only paid one setup fee for that order so the plate was made to a size that was able to be printed on both cups. The customer you are referring to placed their original order for a 16 oz cup only. Their plate was made for a 16 oz cup which does have bit larger of a print area than the 12 oz cups. The printing plates are created to allow for the optimal print dimensions and positioning based on the cup sizes in each order. When that customer placed a second order for 12 oz cups months later, we only had the 16 oz plate on hand which could not be used on the 12 oz cups. Hopefully this makes sense.
We would never make a statement to a customer or in response to a review that is in any way untrue. As mentioned in our response to your case, the cups in your order are being shipped out to you today. Still have not received the order as of March 29th, or any communication from the company despite several attempts to make contact via email, phone, and chat. We did reply to your email inquiry regarding your recent order but wanted to be sure to respond here as well. You placed an order for custom printed 12 oz PET cold cups. When placing the order, you selected the "repeat order" option so that the one-time setup fee for the cups would not be charged. As indicated on our website, the setup fee covers our cost of creating a printing plate for your design. This is needed any time a new design or size is being ordered and is only charged for the first order. Since your order was not actually a repeat order, we did not have the plate needed to print the order on hand. As a result, we then needed to source the plate at a much later date than normal. We did agree to cover the cost of your new plate as a one-time courtesy so we area bit disappointed to see this review. As we communicated via email, this order will be shipping out next week and we do hope you'll take the opportunity to update your review at that time.

I hate to give a bad review to a company but this company don't eve deserved a one start review. I placed an order on February 10,I espended almost two day trying to get a touch with someone there. last Friday I was able to chat with a representative and hear she said that it was ready to be shipped and that they will send me a tracking number. today is already 5 days that I don't know where my order is. you guys are so unprofessional I don't even know how you can still be in business. The way this company conducts business is laughable at best. I ordered cups on 1/3/23 and approved my proof on 1/6/23. Was informed, after harassing, that the lead time was 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks had passed, I emailed to check the status and was informed they would be sent by the following Monday. I waited until the following Tuesday to follow up again, and was ignored by the company. I tried emailing Wednesday, they ignored me. So Thursday I filed a charge back with my credit card company, I emailed to inform the company I did that at which point they PROMPTLY emailed me back and said I was ineligible for a cancel because it was done and being sent. They said they shipped it out on that Friday. It is now Thursday, almost a week later, and the tracking information just says label created. This company has no sense of urgency, customer service, or understanding of why people order products we do. I would sooner break my own arm with a hammer than order from this company again.Sleeve Supply

We do apologize if there was any confusion regarding the lead time for the product you ordered. We try to make the lead times as clear as possible throughout the site in hopes of avoiding these situations. At the time your order was placed, the stated lead time for custom cold cups was 6-8 weeks.
Your order was placed on 1/3/23 and finished production on schedule on 2/23/23 which was communicated to you via email. On the day the order was expected to ship, you filed a chargeback dispute with your credit card company to receive a refund for the purchase. As a result, the order was placed on hold pending the outcome of the dispute.
You then contacted us on 3/2 inquiring why the cups were never delivered. We advised you that we could not ship an order that had been refunded or had a pending chargeback against it. We then allowed you to re-submit the order the following day and it was shipped the same day.
Again, we do sincerely apologize if there was any sort of confusion regarding the lead time. We certainly understand how frustrating it can be to not receive an order within the timeframe expected. However, we can assure you that this order was fulfilled on time based on the lead time stated on our website at the time of purchase.

Having a hard time getting someone to respond to me. Placed order for hot cup sleeves on 1/18/2023. Started reaching out to the on 2/13/2023 as I have not heard anything about my order. Have emailed and called and the online chat to no avail. I'm pretty disappointed since we needed these for a work function printed with our company logo. At this time, I would not recommend ordering from this company. None of the phone numbers have voicemail that mention the company name or even a human voice so I fear I have need swindled by a company that does not exist. Unfortunately, I wish I could not give Sleeve Supply any stars as I have nothing to go on other that the ease of ordering but this site said I had to.Sleeve Supply

We have received the sleeves and they look great. At no time was I informed they would take over a month to produce. If that were the case, I would have never ordered them from your company so I don't know as though I feel you have done me a solid by paying for expedited shipping.Again, the product looks great but the lack of communication and the time to produce the product is not an amazing business practice.Sleeve Supply

while it is not a fake site i believe it is someone running a company out of their garage acting like it is a large wholesale company. do not purchase. the product was subpar and not worth the money. the time frame was a joke. i understand items like this take a long time. but when you see prices too good to be true. they are. items arrived six months after ordering and are unusable.Sleeve Supply

While we do take great pride in being the low cost provider for custom sleeves and cups, we also go to great lengths to ensure those prices are never the result of inferior product quality. All of our custom cups are manufactured in the USA and printed in our Florida-based production facility and adhere to a strict set of quality standards.
Upon reviewing your order details, I can see that you did bring to our attention that a print defect was evident in one of the cases you received. While these types of issues are quite rare, we do take them very seriously and make every effort to rectify them.
You brought this issue to our attention via email on 10/27/22. We responded to that email within 21 minutes advising that we would be expediting the production of a full replacement case of the cups to correct this. The replacement case was then shipped on 11/2/22 and delivered shortly thereafter.
We were under the impression this matter had been resolved as we have not received any communication from you in the 3 months since the replacement case was delivered. In light of this review, we did just send an email to follow up with you regarding this. If you do have any additional concerns with this order we certainly hope you will share those with us and allow us the opportunity to address them. We would never under any circumstances want a customer to be left with a product they are not 100% satisfied with.
