    Placed an order on January 17 2023. A couple months went by, and when I emailed in late April asking for a status update on the order and requested the order be expedited, they replied with the following: "Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I'm very sorry to hear that the sleeves in this order never arrived. I have just spoken with our production team regarding this and confirmed that we will be able to get the sleeves in this order rushed into productiont his afternoon. You can expect to receive an email containing the *** tracking info for it within the next ***** hours."It is now May 14th and I have yet to received the product or tracking info. I have followed up several times since then and have received no response. They have cheated us on over $700 of product. Time to report this a fraud with the credit card company.

    It looks like you reached out to our customer support team regarding your two open orders yesterday and we did advise that both had been completed and shipped and were now in transit.  You should have already received an email containing the tracking info for the orders.  We do sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced with this order but can assure you that no sort of "fraud" has taken place.  You are receiving all of the product that was ordered and paid for.

    I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. They are an ABSOLUTE SCAM. I'm reporting them to my credit card company as FRAUD as we speak. Quick to process payment, SLOW to none to respond. I never received a proof as promised and when I reached out for the second time, no response, so I called--no answer, so I messaged again--no response. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

    PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, ALL THESE REVIEWS ARE TRUE. Yeah sure once you get them they look nice but there is zero communication, they dont answer phones or emails and they dont respect order times. I needed my order for a huge event and I told them at order. After 20 emails and even more calls they responded yeah youll have them by then. Guess what they sent them out Friday morning and they are scheduled to come in Monday evening of the day I need them. Im looking forward to looking like a joke to the huge organization that we did a partner sleeve with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

    We're very sorry to hear that ********************** felt the need to post this review.  However, we do want to provide some further clarification as this review doesn't quite tell the full story.  The lead time for custom sleeves that is indicated on our website is 15 business days from order date to ship date.  You placed your order on 4/8/24 which means it would normally be expected to be completed and shipped by 4/29/24.  When submitting your order, you added a note stating that the sleeves were needed for a charity event taking place on 4/29.  Although we are normally unable to accommodate rush order requests, we decided to do so in this instance as a courtesy.  We expedited your order into production two days ahead of schedule on 4/25 so that it could be delivered on the 29th. This was done at no additional cost.  You contacted us to express concerns that the shipment would arrive too late in the day but we assured you it would be delivered in the morning.  The tracking information for the shipment confirms that it was successfully delivered at 6:25AM EST on the 29th in time for the event.  We're not quite sure what lead you to write this review but we do wish you would have waited for the sleeves to be delivered before doing so.  If you have any additional concerns regarding this order please feel free to reach out to our customer support team directly at ********************************

    I placed an order with Sleeve Supply on March 30th. Order #*****. I have reached out by several emails with no response from the company. I have also called several times and no on answers or returns calls. I have never recieved a proof email to confirm or anything besides a receipt for My order cost $211.48 and I would like a refund but there is not a way to request a refund except by email that no on responds too. I will not ever order from this company again and I will spread the word about poor customer service.

    We're a bit shocked to find that you felt the need to write this review regarding your recent order.  You placed an order with our company on 3/30/24.  You emailed us on 4/5 to inquire about the lead time for custom sleeves and we responded in less than an hour to inform you of the 15 business day lead time that is indicated on our website.



    You then emailed after business hours on 4/16 and we responded the following morning to advise you that your order was still progressing on schedule and on track to be completed and shipped by the end of that week.  Your order ended up shipping a day ahead of schedule on 4/19 and is in transit to you at the time this review was received.

    I should have read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered sleeves on March 7th. Payment was processed quickly. I have not received any updates even after NUMEROUS phone calls and email. I think this company is a scam. Please trust all of these reviews.

    This company is 100% a scam. I placed two orders, one on January 23rd and one on March 7th and they are still under the "Unfulfilled" status and I expect they will never be fulfilled. I have reached out to their customer support at least three times via email or the web inquiry, called twice, and left messages. NEVER USE THEM. I wish I could tell Google to remove them from the search, cause they're terrible.

    I received no update on my order since I approved my proof. There is no eta or tracking number. I was too naive to look on BBB to see that there are plenty of customer experiencing the same. My fear of being scammed seems to be coming true with Sleeve Supply.

    The reviews on this site are accurate! We unfortunately placed an order from this site before reading these reviews. We are getting the same treatment everyone else has experienced. I have called, left voice a voice mail, sent multiple emails, used their chat, and even sent a customer service request through their portal and no luck. It is now over their "lead time" and we don't know where our order is or even an estimated time of delivery. Communication was ok up until we placed our order. Communication is now non-existent and can't get a response email or call from them. They are the more affordable option but i'm affraid you get what you pay for with their customer service.

    The absolute worst company to deal with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They do not answer emails, and it took them over 2 months to get me my product. Stay away.
