I have been trying for a week to get in contact with someone from this company using their info@ email address and the phone number on their website as well as the chat function on their website. I have had no responses and I very concerned about our order. I am upset that nobody has reached out to me at all.It seems like many others have had the same issue as well. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We do sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced in receiving a proof for your recent order. I have reviewed the details of this order with our design team and it sounds like there may have been an issue with the artwork you provided for this order being a bit too low of a resolution to result in a quality print. Our designer had to manually create a vector file based on the artwork provided and that process can delay the proofing stage slightly. It looks like the proof has since been sent for you to review and as soon as it is approved we can get the sleeves printed and shipped out.

I placed an order for $868.70. I was given an ETA of April 29 on April 12th. I have not heard from them since then, have not been able to reach by phone or email, and believe I'm being ripped off. There is a long list of unhappy customers below that likewise did not receive their order so it's likely that these guys are thieves. I HATE thieves and will go after. these folks if they do rob me. We'd be happy to address your concerns. We would certainly under no circumstances accept payment for an order without delivering it. Our lead time for custom cold cups is approximately 4-6 weeks. While we do make every effort to ensure the advertised lead times are as accurate as possible, they are estimates and not guarantees. Your order was placed on 3/31 and finished production on 5/19 - a few days past the 6 week mark. We do apologize for the slight delay you experienced with the order but we can assure you we are not "thieves" or "crooks" and have not stolen money from you or any other customer in our company's 11 year history. We take great pride in our company's A+ rating by the BBB and are always happy to address any potential customer concerns that arise.

It seems an apology is in order. Despite the lack of communication, Sleeve Supply was working in ******* to complete our order and get to **. I placed an order for $7000+ worth of cups and have been told numerous times that the items are being shipped and to date I have only received lids. I placed this order back in February and they are well beyond the promised date of delivery and not giving an answers as to when well be receiving our product. This business is a scam and they are putting other small business owners like myself in a really bad position. Im continuing to reach out for answers but at this point just need the products delivered so I can run my business. I will NEVER work with them again and they should be cited for misrepresenting themselves with fast turnaround statements etc.Sleeve Supply

If I could give this NEGATIVE 5 stars I WOULD. Placed (and paid for) an order on MARCH 2nd I received the proof one or two days!!Still have not received the order as of MAY 3rd 2023, or any communication from the company despite several attempts to make contact via email, phone, and chat. This is my first time ordering from this company spent over $1500 and I am a small business. Have tried to contact in MANY ways and have gotten no response! This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!!!!! I placed an order on 4/23 for 1,000 custom coffee sleeves through the website, which stated that I'd receive a picture / proof sample within 24 hours of my order being placed. As of 5/2, I still have not received a proof or any update on my order and no update to give me any indication that it'll be shipped after the 15 day lead time. I have attempted to contact them daily via phone call (always goes to voicemail), "live chat" - which nobody ever responds to, despite the "online" status and email. While the website may look professional and legitimate, this certainly feels like a scam of some sort since there has been absolutely no communication or way to see if my order is being processed.Sleeve Supply

Occasionally, proofs can take a bit longer to generate, especially during periods of higher than normal order volumes or in instances such as this one where a special request is being made. All of the lead times listed on our site are counted from the date an order is placed until is ready to ship. This means that even if the proof does take a bit longer than normal to be sent or be approved, it does not delay the order in any way. Your place in our production queue is reserved at the time the order is submitted. Company doesn't respond when there is a problem with the order. Contacted the company before I placed my order to ensure it would be complete on time. The gave me instructions to leave the deadline in the "notes" section. I placed the order as instructed. A few days went by and heard nothing after approving the proof. Reached out again and the chat agent confirmed they would be shipped on time. Received no information for 2 weeks, so I reached out again the day they were supposed to be delivered. Their phone lines go to voicemail, the chat box doesn't respond and emails goes to a generic account. Over 24 hours later, I get an email response saying the order wasn't placed correctly and had no idea there was a deadline. They were shipped out earlier in the day, despite several attempts the day before to contact the company, yet still won't arrive in time for the event. When asked if they could update the shipping request to overnight, once again no response. Oh and the chat person responds to new inquiries when using a different browser, but clearly doesn't respond when asking about a current order. Company doesn't seem to care after they have your money.Sleeve Supply

We'd be happy to address your concerns. As you indicated, you did reach out to us via our website's live chat prior to placing your order. You informed us of a specific date the sleeves were needed by which was a bit sooner than they would normally be able to be delivered given our standard lead time. We advised you that we would still be able to accommodate your deadline but that you would need to indicate the delivery deadline in the "notes" section of the checkout page when placing the order. This is the only way for our production team to be aware of the need to expedite. Unfortunately, that note was not added to the order so we were unaware of the deadline at the time the order was processed. The order was completed and shipped in accordance with our standard lead time. You contacted us via email on the day the order shipped to inquire about the status. We responded immediately to let you know the sleeves were in transit and scheduled for delivery the following Wednesday. You informed us that the sleeves were needed earlier than that but unfortunately, once a shipment is already in UPS possession there is nothing we can do to expedite it. Although we normally do not allow returns for custom printed items we did make an exception in this case and agreed to allow you to return the sleeves to us for a full refund since they would not arrive in time for your event.
We're sorry to hear that you were in any way dissatisfied with the service received. We do wish we had known about the order deadline earlier so that an effort could have been made to meet it.

I've used this company for a few order. The first order order was great even though it took longer than I would expect. Second order was fine as well. Well the third order, this has been a complete nightmare. I tried to duplicate my original order but was unable to complete it without adding 4 extra cases. So I reached out and they were nice enough to honor a one case minimum since I had ordered when that was the policy. Got the order placed, and once again took a little longer than I had hoped but I recognize that custom printing can be a lengthy process. Well I finally received my order and the color is completely wrong and different from my first order and my graphic is blown up and off centered. So I reached out, took them a couple days to respond and was told they would reprint the order for me. I asked for them to print a proof but was told that wasn't possible even though they did it for the first order. After they explained to me that the process was different now and that I would receive a digital proof. That was the last I heard on March 28, 2023. It is now April 14 and I have emailed twice and called 3-4 times with zero communication. As you can imagine, it's frustrating as a customer to A. have to even communicate this much when I should be able to just go online an submit an order. and B. the fact that when they messed an order up are unwilling to take the steps to correct it in a timely manner.Sleeve Supply

We'd be happy to address your concerns. We had made several significant changes and improvements to our full bleed printing process prior to your most recent order being placed. As you indicated, one of these changes involved increasing the minimum order quantity for full bleed prints. We agreed to allow you to still order a single case with this order since you had been allowed to do so prior to the change. Since some of our changes to the full bleed service also included some equipment upgrades, this unfortunately resulted in some slight differences in appearance between this most recent order and your previous orders. You informed us of this issue on Saturday, 3/25 and we responded the following Monday morning to apologize for the inconvenience and advise you that we would be more than happy to replace the sleeves for you.
We did re-print and ship the replacement sleeves to you at no additional charge and also allowed you to keep the original shipment with the incorrect color.
We're sorry to hear that you felt this experience warranted a 1-star review but we have remained responsive to all of your emails and were able to get the sleeves re-printed and shipped in a timely manner.
