  Warning, warning, warning, Do not use Neptune Society for funeral arrangements whatsoever. This is a scam site, they will steal your money and provide you a false contract and misleading information. This place deserves to be shut down permanently. They have already been sued and lost in California for Misrepresentation of contracts!Worst company ever that takes advantage of the dead and their families during times of grieving!!!!!

  This is the 6th time I have used The Neptune Society.Every time it has been more than a positive experience.Recently, ****, at the ******************* location assisted our family with the passing of my younger sister.Will was compassionate, detailed, professional and caring.Every details was in place.His communication with us was superb.In a time of grieving he made this so much easier for our family.We are forever grateful to him and The Neptune Society.The ******* family.

  In a time of great difficulty Neptune Society was a great reassurance. They handled all the bureaucratic needs efficiently and with care and kindness and with consideration of our grief. It is an amazing service.

  *************************** was excellent with regards to providing the necessary information, support and help with taking care of my mother upon her recent passing in July. His level of professionalism and care when it came to providing needed information and follow up to the status of affairs was second to none. His overall excellent communication skills were very much appreciated. **** is a true professional and very good in his role as an Ambassador for Neptune Society during this typically highly emotional and difficult transitory time. My family will be doing more business with Neptune Society in the future primarily due to the exceptional talents and skills of individuals like ***************************.   I have had three deaths in my family within the last 2 years. I worked with one funeral director through it all- ******************************* (Plano, *****).******* handled each case with amazing sensitivity, professionalism, and *****! The last death happened just 2 weeks ago. I explained to ******* my father grew up on an island and was very fond of the beach. She had just the right urn to offer! It was biodegradable and made of sand with a single pair of footprints!The urn was very touching as dad was a believer in ***** and it reminded me of the footprint poem!I love *******; but I hope to never see her again in a long time...at least not the Neptune Society office!Great company and awesome personnel!

  An outstanding service to help navigate these complex and emotionally challenging times.Very professional, compassionate, and caring. I highly recommend The Neptune Society for all your bereavement needs. This was especially true as I live in a different state from where my father passed away. They were there to guide me through each process and facilitate policies and procedures for the local community.

She provided her own cell phone number in case we had any questions and was always ready to help our family in a moments notice.
