    My A/C drain was clogged and water was leaking from the pan. Pride sent a tech the same day I called, and this tech was superb. He not only explained everything clearly, but he suggested a product that would help avoid this in the future. Not a hard sell at all, but it was a sound suggestion, so I had him install it. He did a meticulous job, and left the house cleaner than when he arrived. GREAT TECH and GREAT SERVICE.

    My A/C technician was excellent. He was efficient, fast, explained the problem fully. Totally satisfied with the technican. Would recommend without hesitation.Called Pride on Tuesday and was fixed on Wednesday.

    Jose fixed my dryer. He’s very punctual & knowledgeable. He explains what the problem is & fixes it in a timely manner. He is personable & cleans up the area he is working in. I would definitely request him again!

    ***** was knowledgeable and courteous. Went above and beyond to explain to me what he was doing to clean my piping and change the filter. He also checked my thermostat and replaced the batteries.
