    I was told a part was needed, ordered, and covered by my contract. I waited a month, and called Pride to find out what was happening, and why my part had not yet been received and installed. I have the most expensive coverage they offer. When I called Pride, they told me the part had never been ordered and that only the labor was covered. I was then told that I could not get the part until I gave them my credit card, and then it would be delivered and installed within three days. I have been a long time customer of this company, and normally they do a good job, but this refrigerator service problem was handled in a totally unprofessional way. I have been without my ice maker and water in my door for a month, and if I had not called today would never have known the part was not covered and not even ordered!

    I have used Pride for years as does family and neighbors. Their service was great for the few times I had to use it in the past. But recently my refrigerator started leaking and after the technician came out I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get the part. 3 weeks past and I called and they said the part was coming in the following week so I made an appt. The technician came and after trying to install the part he told me he couldn't because it was generic part that would not work with my refrigerator. He also told me that they couldn't get the correct part so they tried this one which doesn't work. He said someone from Pride would call me in the next few days to go over the next steps. No one called. I called and was told I have to talk to the parts **** which they transferred me to. Well I'm on my 3rd call with leaving messages because no one picks up the phone. Nor do they call back! It has been over a week of this now. I have the extended contract with Pride and this is starting to feel fraudulent. They took my money and now no one will get back to me about what the next steps are.

    Once again very dissaponted with this company,it's too bad I just renewed contract and they rraised it 100 dollars,I called 10 days ago due to no hot water,it took 5 days for someone to come,right away he said you need a new water heater,someone will call you monday,I have left 2 or 3 messages for ***** ,I pay for the worse service,I know definitely I won't renew nxt year,17 years ago the service was good,since the owner died the service is the worst,

    STAY AWAY ... they aren't HONEST and they don't stand behind their warranty. They installed my AC unite which was done incorrectly causing water damage to the unit below. When their tech came to the check the problem he noticed that issue , fixed it and left. He stated they needed to speak to restoration services to get the damages fixed and when I call for an update, they claim they will not take responsibility leaving me with no option then to take legal help.

    We were contacted by the customer in reference to a leak from the air conditioner to the apartment below.  Upon inspection we found that the drain line had been lowered which caused the issue.  The drain line was not included as part of the services contracted for or performed by our company; the drain line is not covered as part of the equipment warranty.  We made no changes to the drain line before or during the installation. The condition of the drain line was preexisting to our services and our company has no liability for service that were not related to or performed by our company. 

    However, our air conditioning management team has referred the customer to a water restoration company and are working to help her coordinated the repair services required and provided any assistance to help expedite the process between her, the restoration company and her insurance company.
