    The installer, did a great job and left the apartment very clean when he left.The accounting lady also took the time to listen to me and responded quickly to my requests. It was a pleasure to talk to her

    I have had a contract with Pride for years and I have always been very happy with their service.I continue to use Pride because they come when they say they are going to and they get the job done. They so clean up any mess they make inside and outside. I have had 1 issue with 1 tech and when I called and told them about it they promised me he would not be back in my home again. I told them I did want himfired but I did not wany him back in my home i thought he was to rude for my taste. He has not been back. I have been with over 5 years and that was the only issue I have ever had.I continuewith Pride.

    If there were six stars, I would give the gentleman who came to our home today six stars. He worked in the heat he worked endlessly. He found the problem. He fixed it all well sweating, and could not have been more courteous. We have air conditioning tonight because of him. Very very thankful to this gentleman and the time it took for him to get us back up and getting a cool again. So professional maybe I should make that 10 stars thank you.

    ***** the tech from pride came worked so hard and it appeared to be AC was fixed. Seem like there was still some moisture. He came back the next day with a supervisor to fix this problem. They worked so hard so nice show much so Im switching from a company, Im not happy with, and I intend to sign a contract with the pride company. The company I presently have with a contract couldnt fix it and charged me twice to come out two days in a row. They dont have a good reputation and now I know why Im leaving them and well go to Pride. my friend recommended them when ***** took very good care of him and wound up signing a contract and telling his neighbor who signed a contract, ***** and his supervisor *** sealed the deal.

    I* s Monday. AC is no* working. I* s 85 in my condo. No problem, I have a service con*rac*. Wrong, *hey can * come ou* un*il Thursday. Wha*'s *he poin* of having a service con*rac*? Six mon*hs ago, *hey came ou* *o fix *he microwave, also under con*rac*. Tech said he needed *o order a par* and would come back in 3-5 days. He never came back. No one called *o follow up. No*hing. Af*er a mon*h, I called *hem. **** said *hey lef* me a VM advising *ha* *hey couldn * fix i*. I found *his in*eres*ing since I don * have VM. In summary, *hey re incompe*en* and dishones*.

    Pride has proven to be a huge disappointment! Dishwasher has not worked since February. Incorrectly diagnosed repeatedly. Its July and still waiting for the correct parts or a call to say parts are on their way. Its been another three weeks since wrong parts installed. When I phone not allowed to speak to management. Put on hold and left. No one calls back. Can someone please advise me what to do. The contract was very expensive and I feel totally misled as to the "Pride" in their "Lack Of Service".Help!

    The most amazing man arrived to repair my air conditioning today. He arrived 4 hours before I was expecting him. He was the most polite person, listened to what I had to say and immediately knew what the problem was. The way he Surgically cut and repaired.. he was awsome. I would recommend the man in a heart beat...too bad he can't also do my plumbing.HIS NAME IS JACOB J********

    Ive had them for 10 years. But lately they got issues. My dishwasher broke. Its been more than 2 months and its still not working. I had a technician coming 4 times - ordering parts every time he was here - its either the wrong part or the part is missing. He was telling me that hes expediting the order. Every time I had to wait almost 3 weeks to get the part. They have no knowledge when they place an order where is it - theres no tracking system and nobody pays attention to priority. And then I had to wait for availability Today the supervisor is coming. He was supposed to be here by 1. Hes not here. So again no priority because of my situation. This is horrible customer service. Im going to look for someone else.

    I have contacted Pride A/C to install my sensors to my dryer. The service rep has left the part but have yet to hear back from the company for installation. It has been one excuse after another and has gone on for months.**********
