    I signed a contract for furniture delivery in April 17th. A move from ******* to *******. They picked up on May 9th. I was told verbally twice that furniture would be delivered on the 13th. So I rushed to meet movers in **. It is now the 29th and still no furniture. I have been getting the run around since day 1. No one calls back, excuse after excuse has been given. Then I was told it would be delivered on 4/22. Then the 29th. Now the driver is telling me just to accept the fact things happen. I mean these people need to be held accountable. I've had no furniture and no clothes since the 8th of April.

    This business needs to be held accountable.  This has caused stress, anxiety and I have spend more money on canceled flights because they said they were going to deliver on a certain day. Lack of communication and the lack of effort is horrible.  The owner of this company is clueless on hit to treat paying customers.    Again my delivery was supposed to be today by 5, then 6, then 7.  And still not delivery.  And no communication back to me. This has taken so much out of me waiting for over 20 days for my stuff.

    As of today, the moving company is in breach of contract according to the dates provided on the contract for business days for delivery.
    I feel like according to other reports, everyone is saying this company is scammers and liars, and will take your money which obviously so far has happened to myself.

    So after 23 days my furniture was delivered at 10:00 p.m. 

    Photos show damage to a $3,500 drawer chest, missing drawer in. $700 mirror, stain on a love sac couch back, damages boxes.   Mover tried to cover up leg so I wouldnt see it. Same with couch back.

    They need to Reimburse me for these damages and also for the fact that I had to deal with this company for so long just to get my furniture delivered. The phone calls the excuses the lies and frankly than the neglect of my furniture that I paid to have moved, That took almost a month

    The contract was with Finest Fellas moving company not with a middle man. They never explained to me they were using a middle man for the move from ******* to *******, and that I had to pay 1700 storage fee for delivery to my new location, which is not explicitly in the contract.

    I signed a contract with them on April 23rd 2025 and paid a $1700 deposit, I cancelled the service on April 25th 2025, which per contract you may cancel up until moving day. They sent a cancellation email with instructions of how to cancel, I submitted what was required same day. I have not received my refund after several phone calls speaking to ****** ****** who informed me that it is in the queue to be refunded each and every time I called. On Friday May 22, 2025 I was informed that **** ******** was the only one that can process refunds and that he does not take phone calls and I can only email him, which I did with no response. I also received a text from ****** stating he was another owner wanting to know what they could have done better to keep my business and that I should receive my refund in 5-7 days. He will now not respond to messages or phone calls.

    My name is ******* *****. My hot tub and motorcycle were picked up on March 13th, and I was told they would arrive around March 28th. It is now April 20th39 days laterand I have received no further update on the status of my *********** make matters worse, I was charged an additional $500 by the third-party company for services that were clearly stated to be included in our contract. I have reached out multiple times regarding this charge and have not received any response.The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.     I signed a contract with the moving company. Day movers arrived they changed the price of my move from contract price. Then they took 16 days to deliver furniture which was never discussed. When I called about my stuff they claimed the truck was down for mechanical issues and I'd have to wait. Then when they contacted me again they raised the price of my move a third time to what u see in the screenshot I attached. Also please note the movers delivering are not the same movers I made a contract with. Also note it is 8:06pm and they still have yet to arrive. Extremely unprofessional.

    In search of moving company,called few. As of talking to employe of Finest Fellas moving company it seems all good.He told me and my spouse ( we had it on speaker) they do everything they pack they have boxes they assembled and disassemble allincluded in price and they match the price.Well estimated was $2850 with All items were in boxes ready and packed, furniture wrapped, only 2 TVs and mirror wasnt and I told them about and they (he) said no problem we do everything dont worry everything is included.Ok sound reasonable so we need to make down payment of $999 Few days after I call them that Im not taking couch, mattress and 8 chairs their answer was ok we not going to remove it in case you have other *********** the day of pick up driver made his estimate little over $7000 wow tell me I have more boxes and stuff (some boxes was literally like shoebox) ok but i removed huge couch , king mattress, chairs and over $4000 more!?I called costumer service (she said she is the manager and I cant talk to nobody else) and that she can remove $250 for packing 2 TVs..I said Im shocked about your price now and she said thats worst case scenario can be less when the truck go on scale.When I called and started to sign with them they never mentioned by pound.I told her about matching price she said its no more negotiable. Negotiable I never negotiated it you gave me estimate over the phone and now telling me $4000 more?!? I said i want to cancel and she said youre deposit or first payment is not refundable and again nobody mentioned that on first call everything was so nice and easy just to sign with them and after they dont care about costumer. I found many similar situations online about company and they are aware that when youre are ready to move and all your stuff packed you really dont have lot of choice and they take advantage. I couldnt agree and pay$7000 so movers left and rude cost *** she said I m a manager didnt care at all.Very disappointed & stressed

    Im definitely not satisfied how they handle and work with clients , they dont want to answer to BBB because obviously they dont care 

    p.s. they send third parties movers with very old truck with the whole on the roof of truck

    Made two deposits towards our move. Had to cancel the move but only received one of the 2 deposits. Have been calling for four weeks and getting the run around. First, the person who does the refunds was out sick told to call back. Called back on the day they said they were gonna be there and got no answer. Called back the following week and was told that they left a message for that person. Called the following week and got told that the person was not in who handles it and they would leave that person a message. Week four called again and was told they would leave the message with the person who handles the refunds. Have not heard from anyone in any shape way or form.

    I started my move mid march 2025. One week later, I called and canceled within their cancelation policy deadline. It has since been two weeks, no sign of a refund coming my way. I have emailed three times, no response. Everytime I call its "ill talk to someone" or "its in line."At this point, I need those funds for my move end of april. I need it back ****. It should not take this long for a refund, or even to start a refund. Please refund my 1500.

    I chose to use Finest Fellas for my move because they said they weren't brokers. However, the truck that moved my belongings was from i-Mobili ********************************************* and the movers said they were contracted. While the initial payment was made to Finest Fellas, the final payment was made directly to i-Mobili. Finest Fellas originally gave me a quote based on estimated weight of my items, but the **** said that if my final weight was less, the price would go down. They also said I would not be charged for any additional weight as long as I didn't add any items. When the movers sent the final payment link, there was no final weight given or proof of charges. Even without proof, they charged me for additional weight. The **** originally told me that they would blanket wrap my glass items really well and that boxing was not necessary. The first thing that the movers said when they showed up was that all long distance moves REQUIRE boxing of glass items. This is not stated in the contract that you sign, or else I could've boxed them myself. When I tried to call my **** right away to discuss this, they weren't available. I've tried to call them 4 times since my move started on 3/28/25 and they never called me back to discuss the boxing charges additional weight charges.Instead, I got transferred to ***** who is very rude and will not hold the employees accountable for what they are selling their clients on. I told her the calls were recorded and she could check what the **** told me, but that didn't matter to her. They charge extra for carrying items long distance, which is written in the contract. I told ***** I didn't have any proof of the distance, just an extra $400 charge to pay. She said she checked a video of the distance, we did the calculations, and they overcharged me $175.***** told me she would send my final paperwork on 3/31/25 with my weight tickets, but I still haven't received anything. Don't take their word seriously because it doesn't mean anything.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted the company directly with my issues since Friday 3/28/25 and kept getting directed to ****** who said that no one is willing to help me out. On Sunday 3/30/25, she said she would be sending me my final paperwork with my weight tickets. I didn't receive anything, so I emailed the company at ********************************************************************* on Monday 3/31/25 for the paperwork. I did not receive a response. On Tuesday 4/1/25, I received a text from the owner and asked him for the final paperwork. I have not received any emails back or correspondence today 4/2/25. I do not believe if I continue to contact them directly that my case will be resolved.

    I contracted with this organization for an upcoming move from ******** to ********. After learning that this would eventually be too expensive, I canceled the services on February 27, 2025. It has now been over a month since I notified the Company of my cancellation and I have not received a refund. These funds are supposed to be 100% refundable.
