    Moving my teenage daughters room was a challengeposters, fragile decor, too much stuff! They packed everything with care and even joked with her. Shes still talking about them.

    We had a crazy assortment of things: glass tables, gym equipment, antique chairsyou name it. The team handled each item with a different technique. I was amazed by how adaptable they were. They asked questions, made quick decisions, and never missed a beat. That level of care stuck with me. Fantastic work.

    WARNING: SCAM MOVING COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Finest Fellas Moving is a complete SCAM and the reason people fear hiring movers. Their positive reviews are FAKEdont fall for them like I did.I booked a NY to ** move after seeing their ******** ad and paid a deposit. Right away, their communication was shadycalls unanswered, constant runaround. I got a bad feeling and tried to cancel. Suddenly, *****, claiming to be the owner, calls me with a 20-minute sob story about their family-run business and guarantees my delivery by June 30th. He convinced me to stay. HUGE MISTAKE.This company is a BAIT-AND-SWITCH SCAM. Heres what happened:Guaranteed pickup on June 24th at 9 AM. No show.They kept lying about new times11 AM, then 6 PMeach time no one showed.After wasting days, they finally showed up late with a tiny 10' U-Haul truck and subcontracted guys who looked like they were picked off the streettotally unprofessional. They even had to come back with a bigger truck and jacked up the ********* the worst part: My move was GUARANTEED to arrive June 30th. Its now well past that, and every day I call, I get lies and conflicting stories. Today they said it could take up to 15 more days, with only 24 hours notice before delivery. Complete nonsense.This company is full of LIARS, SCAMMERS, and FRAUDSTERS. They trap you with fake promises and then disappear with your belongings. RUN FAR AWAY from Finest Fellas Moving!

    Just as others have stated, Josh vehemently stated they are not brokers yet two different parties managed my property, missing totes, missing items, broken desks, dented/scratched appliances and furniture. Not to mention the price guarantee from Josh, Vanessa, and Kierra. All lies I ended up paying double the quote for being 1760lbs more than originally quoted (originally quoted 4268lbs). I was advised that everything they disassembled would be assembled, didn’t happen. Call to report damages and get the same apology I got when they were 4 hours late for pickup and promises a manager would reach out (they never did). My son had to help the driver because his hired help was late. This company breeches their own contract and shouldn’t be allowed to continue to scam and defraud people. Still waiting to see how long it will take claims to rectify the damages. Definitely should be zero stars. They are the worst but Finest Fellas will reap what they sow.
