    I should've read reviews before purchasing. Placed an order Nov 30 and received shipping notice Dec 4 but by Dec 12 the tracking information hadn't changed. I called the shipper (DHL) to confirm no issue on their end and they advised a label had been created by ALT but no package provided to DHL. You can't call ALT, so I had to email customer support; they told me it simply hadn't been processed yet but that they made a note to the fulfillment team to give it high priority and offered a discount code on a future purchase. Another 15 days later and still no package, so I again email customer support. This time I'm told there was an 'error in the shipping process!' and a new package would be sent. On Dec 29 I get notification of the new order but they still don't actually ship it until Jan 7. I finally receive the perfume on Jan 9, over 40 days after placing my order. All of that wouldn't be so bad except the perfume I received is - as others have noted - very poor quality and smells strongly of rubbing alcohol. It's so bad that the first few sprays will burn your throat and eyes when applying to the neck. So in the end, I've paid $75 after shipping and tax and waited 40+ days to receive a junk product I can only use as... pillow mist? Air freshener? You can't return the product, either, for a refund as they only allow for store credit. So if you're unhappy with their poor quality product and extreme delayed shipping, your only solution as the customer is to experience it all again for a different awful product. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company completely.

    ! I was so excited to get this product, when I received the sample pack which is 5 different scents , they all smelled horrible!! I was so disappointed!! I wasted ***** for nothing. I would never go out in public smelling of any of these perfumes. I will never buy from this company again.
