  The shipping was frustrating because of the sporadic updates. But, it was delivered on the day that it was promised and the fragrances are worth every ***** and second of my impatience!!!!! WILL be ordering again!!!!! Just be a little more patient with the shipping....I promise it's worth it!!!!!!

  I love ALT Fragrance. I had placed an order in January of 2023. Over a month later my order had still not arrived. I then reached out to ALT and they discovered it had been lost in the mail. They re-submitted my order at no charge of course and it arrived within the week. This was the second order I had placed from ALT and I was so appreciative they made it right with my second order even though it was a USPS issue. Love their fragrances, I get many compliments.

  I love ALT company. I've had nothing but great experiences with them. My package was stolen not too long ago and they replaced it. Free of charge, tracked it, and made sure that I got it and was notified as soon as it was delivered to my address. I love the way the "crystal no 23" smells,. It is my favorite fragrance and it smells exactly like bacorrect!! Absolutely love ALT Fragrances. I have no complaints!

  It took about 10 days between the day the order was placed and the arrival of the product. I did a blind buy and purchased a bundle of 3 "mystery fragrances." There was only 1 that I didn't care for because it wasn't my taste, but I really enjoyed the other 2. I read some reviewers mention skin rashes so I tested a little first on my skin and waited for a reaction, but I didn't experience anything for the three perfumes. I was really surprised on how long the ********************* scent lasted on my skin. I sprayed it on in the morning before work and I could still smell it on my wrists at the end of the day. I rated 5 stars because the company met my expectations.

  This smells nothing like the real Baccarat. Mine smells like dentist office and disinfectant. Company does not offer refund only store credit. *********************! ************ is a fraud. They remove all negative comments from the site.

  The shipping is HORRIBLE . I received a broken bottle in my order ( March 8) and used the online portal to start refund (March 9) . The customer service responses and said they will ship me a replacement. Three days later , I got an email with a tracking number ( march 13th) and since then i have been axing for an update. They havent delivered the parcel to the courier company ( i confirmed with them three times ) . I e-mailed , tried to msg them on instagram and NO RESPONSE. They have a fraud phone number with DHL , the courier tried to help me by giving me that number to reach them, unfortunately it was some adult websites number. IT have been an absolute NIGHTMARE and now i dont think if i am going to receive my item or a refund. RUN AWAY and dont even think about refund or replacement with guys . They dont care once they have your money. I am filing a complaint and a claim with my BOA credit card to see if they can help me get my money back. Very very very disappointing .

  This company is a fraud. They remove all negative comments and reviews about their products. They don't have a direct contact. Their deliveries are going past the posted time on their website. Also their products are no where near as good as quality as they advertised. Either the scent is way off from the inspired version they claim. Or the products falls way short of long it lasts. It goes through about 4 stages of different scents. Stay away.

  Saw the add online FB and wanted to try it thinking it would be as good as everyone bragged about was going to order only o e but they had a sale 3 for ***** When I receive the product was not sealed and did not anything like the original perfumes like they advertised. I emailed them asking for a return label so I can send it back and get my money and now they are saying I can only get another cologne or credit with them. Obviously I don't want any of there products.

  Zero stars. Terrible customer service and product, do not read reviews on their website they delete all negative ones. Do not recommend at all. It's not even possible to return the product. They only allow you to get store credit which is useless.
