I signed my 16 year old son up for driving lessons and my card was charged them at very day. However they seem to be unable to provide the service which they have taken my money. I purchased an 8 hour driving class for approximately $540. I purchased this on 10/15/2022. I've left numerous messages and emails with no success at reaching them and zero responses. I signed up to get drivers trying through All Florida Safety Institute. The contract stated that they would contact me within 3 to 4 business days to go over registration and scheduling. I was never contacted and decided since I paid over $300 that I should schedule an appointment. Upon making an appointment my service purchased stated they would pick me up at me home address. Listed on the scheduled appointment was a pickup location for an address that was not my home address I tried reaching out to the company to ask about this and received no response. During the wait for the appointment Hurricane Ian came through and the appoint was changed by the instructor. Again the new appointment listed the pick up location of a different address. I tried several more times to reach out to the company for clarification to no avail. The day of the appointment I decided that since I had not been contacted at all over the course of about 3 weeks since registration and that I was under the impression I had to go to this private dwelling based on the information on my appointment schedule. I decided to cancel the appointment as I was not comfortable with the situation and driving with a random person I had no prior contact with. Shortly after canceling the appointment I finally received a call from the company. I requested a refund and was told it is non refundable. I explained that the contract and website states a refund can be granted under special circumstances. I explained that since I had request a call back on multiple occasions over the course of 3 weeks that I should be entitled to a refund since they had not followed through with contacting me as per their contract. They agreed and said a manager would contact me. It has been approximately 2 weeks since then and they again have failed to return my calls nor has a manager contacted me. I have left 3 call requests today 10-25-22 prior to filling out the report and have not gotten a call.Initial Complaint

On 09/16/2022 I purchased Driving School Package in the amount of $1,058.62.
I've made endless attempts calling the driving school to schedule my classes. The business phone is on a message loop and then it hangs up. I've made well over 100 calls with messages and no one has returned my call.
2-weeks ago I was able to speak with someone and they said I would receive an email with my schedule. No emails have been received to date.
I want a complete refund so I can take my business to a more reliable company (driving school).
I will place a dispute with my credit card company to reverse the charges.
This company I believe is running an internet scam taking peoples money and then there is no way to get a person on the phone or any reply from All Florida Safety Institute.
I would appreciate any assistant the BBB can provide to retrieve my money.

On October 2nd at 5:40 PM I paid $86.26 for the basic Road Test and for the ability to use their car for the test as I don't have one and couldn't rely on anyone else to help me. I chose the Palm Coast location because it was quite literally up the road from where I live. I scheduled my test for the 7th at 4:00 PM, on October 4th I got an email stating that my schedule was changed by an admin and I was redirected to the Ormand Beach location which was a $100 - $150 dollar uber ride for me to get to. I emailed them right away saying that wouldn't work and if there was any way we could reschedule to which I got zero response, I called the support line and was greeted by a machine that kept telling me I was next in the queue and then would tell me all lines are busy and to leave a callback number or message I did this a total of 14 times across multiple days. I finally got a call back at one point and the woman informed me it would be solved but it never was and all communication was lost. I would very much like a full or partial refund as I did literally everything I could including walking down to the location where a sign on the door said they were closed I really don't know what to do but I feel like I was just scammed out of my money!Initial Complaint

I purchased 6 hours of driving lesson ($418) from All Florida Safety Institute on 7/28/2022. Our first lesson was scheduled for 8/11/22 at 2:15pm ET. No one showed up for our scheduled appointment. I called the office and was told that the person doing our lesson had an android phone that didn’t work well with their system and she had the wrong pickup information. Our lesson was rescheduled to 8/17/22. Again, no one showed up for the lesson. The manager, **** ******, contacted me and said there was confusion again with the lesson location and said he could come do the lesson if I was okay with this (given he wasn’t an instructor). I agreed as he said he was an instructor in the past and a previous police officer. He came the evening on 8/17/22 to do the lesson. Our next lesson was on 9/11/22 and the instructor showed up, everything went fine with the lesson. At this point we have completed 2 of the 4 lessons. Our next lesson was scheduled for 10/2 at 6pm. I received a text message from **** ****** on 10/22 at 1:21pm stating the instructor that was supposed to do our lesson has resigned and there was no one else that could come do the lesson. I have tried contacting All Florida Safety to reschedule our lesson and have gotten no response. I texted **** and told him if someone did not call me to reschedule by Friday 10/7 that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB and requesting a refund. I have not heard from **** or the scheduler that we had been working with since. I am requesting a refund of $289, which is half of what we paid for the lessons plus $40 per cancelled lesson/no show. This is the fee they charge if the student does not show up for a lesson. Therefore, requesting the same compensation given clear negligence for the no-shows.Initial Complaint

We purchased 8 driving lessons from All Florida Safety Institute in June. The agreement was for my daughter to finish her driving test the last week in July. It is now October and she has had 2 lessons and numerous of them canceled by the All Florida. For the last two lessons scheduled the instructor never showed up and All Florida Safety never called us. We have called over and over and over again. We just want the unused portion of our money back. We paid approximately $800. We just want our money or just finish what they started. I purchased the 4 hour plan plus 1 hour along with the test, it was about $551.15. My permit is going to be expired in the middle of November of 2022. However, when I tried to call them for scheduling there’s no response even when I left my number to let them call me. I tried that and even send them email many times during these past month. I purchased a package for my 16 year old daughter ****** ******* to get driving lessons and to take the driving road test. This was purchased on July 28. At the time of purchase I was not made aware that it would take over a month for them to schedule the driving lessons and road test. We got scheduled for the weekend of Labor Day. I had to contact them to let them know that we were going to be out of town that weekend. They then scheduled her for the end of September. We are now in October and she is still waiting to take her last lesson and road test because she was scheduled to do it the day hurricane Ian hit Florida. I have spent the last seven days trying to get a hold of somebody to have her rescheduled and it is impossible to get someone on the phone or via email. I am done trying . I will be making my daughter an appointment at the DMV for her to get her license and I would like my money back from Florida safety Institute. I bought a driving package for $1500.00 for my son on 6/20/22 and heard nothing from them until mid August when I had to hunt them down to see if they ever plan on starting the lessons. After waiting for two months they finally set a date for the lessons to begin and after they rescheduled several times somebody actually showed up. My son was given two lessons and then the rescheduling started again then we were told the instructor had an emergency and would be gone a while but I believe he’s no longer there. I finally called All Florida Safety and instruction asked them to refund all money minus the two lessons they showed up for.
