  The budtender was too high to be at work today... a zombie in motion... absolutely horrible customer service.. no hello.. no eye contact and when I got out to the car and checked my medicine it wasn't as strong as it was on the website when I pre-ordered ... dont go here... they don't have anything working right... Dispensaries are breaking the law when they lie about potency ... this is medicine here people.. dont take advantage of people's hard earned money... I wont be back... oh and they said I'm eligible for store credit? How about my money back you crooks??

  Trulieve is the worst!! It stems from Corporate, theyre the problem. Billion dollar company & yet their website & tech people cant get it together. Ms. Rivers should be ashamed of herself. Ordered online 2/19/2023, recvd text, orders processing-never heard another thing, just an apology from the call center, said they switched over systems & orders got hung up...thats at least the 4th time thats happened, so that excuse is getting old. Placed an order again fri evening 2/24/2023, got text saying processing, Again, no pick up text on saturday. I called service center had order changed to delvy for sunday, got text saying sunday delvy, got Another text hours later saying its ready for pick up. On sunday 2/26 I spent an hour on the phone with call center, they spoke with their supervisor, then told me monday delvy. I specifically asked if my order would still be in stock, they called brooksville store while i was on the phone with them & they guaranteed me my order was Secure, mon delvy. Brooksville store called me 4 hours later, said they were out of stock on what i ordered. So, waiting 3 days, have no more meds & trulieve screwed up again..i think i will call channel 8 news & expose all this for what Trulieve really is.

  My two day old delivery that was scheduled, was ignored! No text! NO email! NO call! Waited ALL day for nothing! 2nd time in last 3 deliveries. Getting an attorney because it is racism against seniors. We are filing this afternoon!

  Hated this place since the get. Always a cluster screw in store, parking a bear, staff talk to u like ur an idiot, takes forever to get ur order & place is always packed. Went to delivery, which at first was great & then my order got missed, it took 2-3 days for it to show up, seemed to b something every order. I talked to other ppl to see if they had same exp. Yes!! So I stopped ordering from them. Plenty of other places that are not bogged down w/tons of ppl. They have a good product but they **** you on pricing, don’t give ur discount & create a reason for needing the dang medicine. I was overcharged almost $300 & now I have a store credit! Credit I didn’t want b cuz try n to get this order was a joke, so I wasn’t going to try them again for another 6 mos or so. They should have to pay interest on my money because it’s going to sit there at least 35 days. Dealing w/Trulieve is so stressful that I have to get everything in one order.
  I tell ppl, if they ask, great product but a b***h to deal with…other places have cheaper that does the trick. Shouldn’t have to call after placing order to make sure they got it or call after delivery to ask why ur discount wasn’t added to that hefty order.
  BEWARE PEOPLE! I think they are using the medicine a little too much in that place & that’s the REAL reason these things are occurring. That & lack of management or checks & balances.

  The wait is ridiculous with only 1 worker. Same story every time. Walk ins called before express. Wait times on app is not consistent.

  The reviews of Trulieve in Port St Lucie Gatlin are predominantly negative so why isn't anything being done if a large number of customers are unhappy?
  Yesterday I walked into the dispensary and to my surprise the place was completely empty at 11:00am which is unusual because this location is known for slow service and long wait time
  Anyway a very tall associate saw me sitting there and asked the guy at the desk if I was a walk in 10 minutes later I'm still sitting there so I asked the guy at the desk why and he rudely replied that they decide when they want to let you in at that point I asked for my ID back and left
  I noticed that the associate was on his phone every time the door opened so that is why I was left sitting there

  Unprofessional, lax, treat customers like crap. Ordered three hours ago. Been waiting in store for two more hours watching as walk ins are helped before me. Horrible customer service. Will never use them again. At least not Riverview location.

  Today I put a order in For your company and drove 30 to 45 minutes out to be told by the guy in front with the rubber bands around his wrist that I was gonna wait an hour to 2 hours for my medication. The Waiting room wasn't even full. But The gentleman front told me that I need to come back tomorrow and maybe they will honor my order. Kind of like really funny to me tdad people come there to get their medication and spend their money and you have employees like that treating other people Disrespectfully. Then when you call customer service nobody has time for you so I made a post on Facebook and also message somebody on the messenger they act like they didn't have time for me either. So I will take my business somewhere else because they feel like my money's not good enough. I will also spread awareness on all of my social media in my experience. If you don't believe me check the cameras I know you have plenty of cameras in that waiting room and you see how he helped everybody and how it was different with me.

  Trulieve sucks thats it their the worst Racial discrimination self ******** *******  treats veterans like criminals then get's your personasl info and us it in derrogatory slanderous manner statements infront of every client in there, they give you open products and then deny there open. The managers are worse this is a ******* **** of a business. Products are not weighing what is on the container and when you question these items your escorted out by security. The feds the state the city the county should investigate the dispensary on military trail in palm bch the worst of the worst.
  Wish there were negative stars they don't deserve one star.

  This company falsely advertises its product, borderline fraud every day. If you place an order, for a product you are given specific info about quality and quantity and even product names. When you arrive, either they do not have the same product or its of lower quantity. They are the biggest dispenser of medical Marijuana in Florida an deserve scrutiny. If I can prove my alligations I will file formal complaint.
