2 starsSo, I had previously left a 5 star review some years ago. I can no longer be okay with that review. I have since had so many problems with this location. The last straw being today, I was having a horrible day, I am disabled and my car broke down. I decided that I would take my mobility scooter down to pick up my pre-order. It's about a 2 mile trip each way. Anyway I get there and the girl at the front counter tells me there is no record of my pre order, I showed her the confirmation and also the message saying it was ready. Both emails had the order #..Her response was to not look at the messages and to basically tell me too bad. I said who do I talk to that cares. She tells me to go in the back, there will be someone. I waited in line behind at least 10 people and when I got to the counter I gave my ID and the gentleman says did you preorder, I explained and he says I know where it is they put it under someone else. He was great and handled it for me quick. Now I had asked her just to look at the number and she refused making me wait an extra 20 minutes.. I was in no way ride or nasty, yet she told me they hadn't filled a preorder in over 3 hours and she had looked. I don't know how since she refused to look at the order number. I am furious because I was treated like a liar or trash. This girl is usually very cool, but not today l. I get having a bad day but if you hate your job quit. Spare the customers the hassle and punishment of you hating it. This was the final straw for these guys. I've run into them running out of deals that were weekly. Refusing to honor their own specials and rudeness. Somebody please do something with this bad attitude and lack of care for your customer.s. hope this helps someone. Thanks. 1 starThe worst customer service I have ever encountered.
The sad part is that all of their call-center employees are kind and over and over again they apologize. The problem is that all of their apologies for all of their errors do not ever actually make the situation right (ie ordering online setting up for delivery and they’re not showing up after waiting all day long no phone call, nothing.).
Their apologies don’t change anything. They have no respect for peoples time, money or inconveniences.
They get the one star for knowing, very well, how to say, “We are sorry.” And boy are they!Review fromHenry K

I think teenage stoners must be the only employees.
Tell u that u can have a delivery slot 3 days away, and then totally blow u off.
No phone call, nothing. Then lie and say that they called but didn't leave a message.
The customer service people act like stoner children. Hire some adults!

Yesterday on 5/24/24 I got a email saying spend over a hundred dollars and get a free trulieve tumbler, so I placed a online order at 6:30 am, hours before they even opened up just so that I would get one. So I got off work and went there and they said they were sold out and not getting no more and they are on a first come first serve, why put out emails if you don't honor them, FALSE ADVERTISING .
Riverview FL location needs to be shut down,

I got a email for $50 off when you spend $100+. Went to trulieve Millenia and wouldn’t honor it cause i have ground and email says nothing about excluding ground. Two weeks ago before I renewed my medical card and didn’t get the $75 off of $150+ cause I had ground and the manager showed me the exclusions and understood that but then trulieve sent me a email for $50 off $100+ a couple days later and had different exclusions on it and nothing about ground or roll one. I’m just confused cause I shopped with trulieve for 3 years now and never had a problem until now. Called customer support and they said that a manager of a trulieve location can only overturn a discount. Well, I guess I came in at the wrong time cause the manager didn’t give me a time of day! Not rude he was just non personable and short with his words. My point here is I drove 35 min in traffic each way and didn’t get nothing twice cause of exclusions on discounts. The renewal discount I understand but $50 off I don’t cause their was nothing saying about roll one products!Trulieve, Inc.

I wish I could leave negative stars! Close this company!!!
This is not a medical dispensary. It is a corner drug dealer. They do not cater to patients. They cater to customers. This place needs to close all locations! Worst business I have ever dealt with. I am a delivery only patient and that is the problem with Trulieve! Other stores are same or next day delivery. Trulieve will have you choose a day and then come sometimes a week later. You never know when they will show up, They mostly do not call or email, or text with e.t.a… just like a drug dealer, you can’t count on it. One time it was 13 days for delivery from Trulieve. They blamed it on the weekend???
Trulieve substitutes and brings the wrong items to your door. Tell you they were “out of the other and this is similar….” It will be twice the price or not on sale. It will be strains you can’t use, i.e. Sativa is bad for high blood pressure.
They put a hold on your amounts dispensed in the order and then cancel your order out of the blue and not release the recommended amounts for filling... Now you can’t go anywhere else, until you decide to pay more at Trulieve for something else at that dispensary. They won’t release the amounts to you!!! Either way, you don’t get it on time, or what you want, or what you intended to pay. This is certain to happen every time you order for delivery! It does to me…
I am currently trying to wait for a return call as they have tied up my amounts allowable to be dispensed for 9 days now. The Hillsborough store was supposed to call me back since you cannot call the store directly. Still waiting…I am promising myself that if I don’t get it worked out today by 3:00pm (Friday), I will call the Florida MQA and finally make a formal complaint. I am over the stress. Curaleaf has never messed up once! I will just be loyal there!!!Trulieve, Inc.

Casa grande location is dangerous. I have called a complained multiple times to no avail. They let masses of people in, sitting on the floor and leaning against the walls. They say they would call out your name, but if someone gets mad they simply go to the front. Bully’s win in this location, I’ve never seen so little control. I’m telling the world again this place is dangerous with no control. just go to the valley unless you want to potentially fight over your line spot. Super dangerous. Reading Pennsylvania Store (Lancaster Ave) Someone is actually stealing flower, the seal was broken and they staple bag closed and say “don’t open that in here”. Well now I know why. Maybe the authorities should be contacted?Trulieve, Inc.
