      MAC 5 tech ****** was terrific. Warm, outgoing and very helpful. He provided detailed options and made sure we understood those options for replacing our old water heater. Pricing was competitive. Plus, turn around time was same day!

      I had MAC 5 install a water softener on January 22, 2025, and my experience with them has been frustrating from start to finish.First, during the site survey, the technician should have noticed that there was no power drop where the softener needed to go. They neither installed one nor informed me that I needed to hire an electrician, leaving me to rely on an extension cord.Second, the technician did not bring any salt during installation, which meant he didnt test the system for leaks or ensure it was working properly. I had to buy salt myself that evening and figure out how to program the system on my ownsomething I would have expected the technician to walk me through.Later, I suspected that the softener wasnt working because the salt level wasnt going down. When I checked, I found that the unit had been left in bypass mode since installation, meaning it had done absolutely nothing for over a month. When I attempted to take it out of bypass, it began leaking heavily and tripped the breaker, forcing me to leave it in bypass mode and wait for a ****** make matters worse, I identified the issue over the weekend, but MAC 5 couldnt send anyone until Monday afternoon to fix it. While ****, the technician, did come back out and resolve the leak, another plumber working inside my house pointed out that MAC 5 had not routed the *** properly and that they should have leveled the ground underneath the softenersomething they failed to do.Given these oversights, the lack of attention to detail, and the delays in getting the system working properly, I wont be using MAC 5s services again. I expected far better for the money I spent.

      Very friendly and took the customer's preferences into consideration. Followed the pathing and securing of conduit to the customer's requests. Despite a return trip for supplies, was able to get the job done relatively quickly. Would recommend to anyone needing some outdoor conduit, especially those needing a path for fiber internet line with few options. It was either this, spend more money to pass it under concrete and take longer, or give up on getting fiber internet and being stuck with Spectrum again. I have a townhome with a detached garage. Since I am the second property in the building and the first property had an attached garage, that meant we had a wall we could utilize to reach the conduit to our building from our garage. He was able to punch through our garage and run along that wall, to run the conduit across our small backyard and up to the second floor.

      Mac5 they're always professional, they always go above and beyond! They're very knowledgeable and go in depth and explain everything thats going on prior to fixing any issues you may have in your home!! I've used Mac5 for the last 3 years aonceovong to ******* for several repairs and maintenance in my home. Kudos to Mac5 And desptite the very minimal bad reviews, you cant please everybody all of the time, but withy experience, it's always been positive and I have never had any issues with them since Ive been using them.

      This was by far the worst service Ive ever experienced, and I cant help but wonder if theyre purchasing positive reviews on ******. If you check other review platforms like Yelp, MapQuest, Glassdoor, and Indeed, youll notice a ***** contrastthose sites are filled with poor reviews, which tells the real story.Their task was straightforward: install a sink and garbage disposal. Yet, it took them weeks to complete the job, and even then, they installed the garbage disposal incorrectly. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for an electrician to fix their mistakes.I tried reaching out to ****** a supervisor, but he was always "in meetings" and never available. I had to constantly chase him down, only to be met with weak excuses. When he failed to return my calls promptly, I contacted his supervisor, ***** who also never bothered to call me back.I would never recommend this company to anyone, and neither should you. To make matters worse, their shoddy work resulted in leaking pipes, as shown in the video. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.

      They refused to honor a commitment made by the supervisor for a refund. They refused to do anything for me for the delay, it was poor workmanship all around.
