    We had been fighting this new ***.gov process now for several months. We spent the money for help from FedBizAccess and finally accomplished a simple re-registration with ******'s help and persistence. Although it took many documents and attempts while a customer was waiting and constant inquiring about the completion. ******'s work was 5 star, but the other end was certainly not. We couldn't have done this without FedBizAccess help.

    We just received our WBE and WOSB certifications and if it weren't for Sondra I do not know what we would have done. We had originally signed on with a competitor and after a 18 months I decided to give FedBiz a try. FedBiz assigned Sondra to our case and she is a pleasure to deal with, extremely knowledgeable, payed great attention to detail and was always available for questions. After a couple months we received our certifications. I highly recommend Sondra and FedBiz for all the services that they offer. Because of Sondra we decided to utilize FedBiz to assist with getting on GSA Schedule. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
