      I bought eyeliners that could not be sharpened and the ad did not state that. I spent over 30 dollars. Also the video for the product when you click on it is not the video for the product but for vitamins. That is false advertisement. I didn't know they couldn't be sharpened until I just stat using them and then it was too late to send them back.

      Thank you for advising the video on the product page was incorrect. Regarding the concern that the pencils cannot be sharpened, Too Faced advised to sharpen this plastic pencil with a dull blade or metal blade sharpener for expertly lined & defined results.

      Package the item up as it was received, and you may take to the carrier of your choice. You would ship it regular ground to the below address. We recommend getting a tracking number so should the package get lost with the carrier a claim may be filed.

      I called in to HSN customer service to order a pair of BZEES shoes as I was having difficulty ordering them through the HSN app. The rep ordered the wrong size. I contacted HSN by phone to exchange the shoes. They refused to email or mail me a return shipping label to return the shoes. They told me to use the return label that would arrive with the exchange shoes. There was no such label. I found two HSN **** package return labels that were provided with other HSN orders. I called HSN and gave the rep both **** tracking numbers as I had to order another pair for size. I had a $5 Spendable cash credit which was not applied to the original order or any order. I sent both pairs back via ****. These shoes are on Flex Pays which means that I will be charged monthly for them even though they were returned. **** picked up both returns and provided me with confirmation emails. I called HSN to get my refund back on my credit card. I spoke to 3 reps and made several calls which took over one hour. They put me on hold, transferred me, gave me the runaround, etc. They refused to issue the refund and stop the Flex Pays. I immediately called my credit card company and disputed the charge. I also removed the credit card from HSN so it can no longer be charged for this order. If they charge my other card, I can easily dispute that charge with my bank. This was just awful. The customer service employees do not know what they are doing.

      I purchased a laptop and the the offered extended warranty from HSN on 12/19/2022. It also came with a 1 year factory warranty. Extended would kick in after factory expired. well I tried using the factory one for a charging issue before the year was up. They said it expired. Then I tried to use the extended warranty and they said factory one is still good I have to use that one. Anyway by the time I could get any answers the factory warranty did expire so I called the extended warranty Allstate back and started a claim. they came back to me and said they wont cover my laptop because it is refurbished. I said well why did you offer to cover it when I bought it and they said that I need to talk to HSN about that. So I did and here is a copy of that text below. they said they could refund the warranty but not the laptop. I said no I dont spend $1000 on a laptop without a warranty. Now I'm liable for anything that goes wrong. I wouldn't have purchased it without the warranty and you shouldn't have offered it to me because now I have no coverage. I dont want a refund but I do want a laptop that can actually be covered by warranty even if it cost me more. They said they would call me back twice and they have not. I want them to take back this laptop and sell me one that I can cover if something happens that is what I paid for.I have to figure out how to open the saved chat with hsn. they have it password protected.

      On July 20, 2023, I made an initial payment on a ************************* Walking Pad Treadmill. After setting up the treadmill, it failed to turn on even while plugged into the wall. I contacted the *************************** with the telephone number that was listed in the packaging, but the Representative was unable to assist me and instructed me to wait on an email from manufacturer. No email arrived. I then contacted HSN by the number that was in the packaging *************) and a Representative told me she would contact someone about sending me a shipping label. It never arrived in my email. I called HSN back who instructed me to keep waiting on an email which never arrived. I began this journey weeks ago because they want you to make returns in 30 days. With all the run around, I just returned the item myself which cost me $207.90. My account $346.52 has been charged to credit card with three more payments that will be coming due. I watched the tv presentation which asserted that the treadmill was light enough to be moved around easily. It is well over 70 pounds which I found not be moved to easily, and they failed to mention that they would not helping with shipping which with packaging totaled 99 pounds. The whole thing has been such a hassle. I have been a loyal customer for years, and I am very disappointed in the maltreatment I have received.

      This is about the fourth time HSN advertise NEW products and send me used items. I've been purchasing from HSN since its inception and they promised that they don't resend used items....THAT'S A LIE. I spoke with customer service and she agree it's disgusting and she said she is making notations; however, no courtesies whatsoever. When I opened the box I saw the first flaw, a stain and I immediately started taking pictures. When I looked inside the boots, there is hair and some weird black dots and hair in the box itself, GROSS!!!!! The pictures clearly show all of this. I will also look into the federal government to file a complaint and hopefully a full investigation will follow. What they are doing is ILLEGAL!!!

      We can certainly understand your disappointment when an order arrives not at it's best. HSN does not sell used items unless notated (IE As-is items are clearly marked and were previously used during on air or set design). Items which do not reach your home in pristine status due to quality concern at vendor/internal fulfillment center, ************* is something HSN will certainly notate and work to correct. I show this is the second concern of quality on your account and I have escalated to our FC center. I do show a full refund was placed on the order and I placed a credit on the account for your inconvenience and negative experience.

      I am rejecting this response because:  What you did is illegal and $10.00 and apologize for a customer that's been buying since the inception of HSN is truly an insult.  The pictures clearly imply that a customer returned this item and not as you stated, from vendor/internal fulfillment center *************.  You must do better with your resolution or I will retain counsel to remind you that what you did is ILLEGAL.

      I Purchased a brand new camera Minolta and it was unfortunate that I didnt use it in 30 days I took it on my trip which was why I bought it three months later when I went to use it it did not work when I came home, I went to Minolta to get my money back and they said they dont fix cameras bottom line the only reason I got my money back is because I had a four year warranty. I didnt even get to use the camera. Why would Hsn sell a product that doesnt even hold up three months

      I was surprised and disappointed to receive an email stating that my order has been cancelled without any explanation provided. I had invested a considerable amount of time researching and deciding on this purchase, and I even utilized a new customer discount as part of my decision-making process. As a new customer, I was excited about the opportunity to benefit from the coupon and try out the products.I have contacted the customer service and made a phone call. It just said my information is not valid. But it is my name on my email address, my card. I don't see why.I need this order to work. I am not settling for anything else.

      I used a new customer discount as part of my purchase. However, due to the delay in receiving my new US card, I am unable to complete the transaction at this time.
      I kindly request your assistance in retaining the new customer discount and my first order coupon for the Clinique product. I am hopeful that once my Chase card arrives, I can proceed with the purchase at the originally discounted price of $27.92.       I politely ask for someone at the corporate level to for customer or consumer complaints to contact me regarding a company in where you sell their ebikes. The company ****** Enterprize in ********** has made promises that have yet to be fulfilled. They no longer respond to emails and they wont answer the phone or call back.This is related supposedly with Land Rover or river e-bikes

      On 3/22/23, I purchased 2 Amazon Fire HD 10tablets, along with protection plans for each, using my HSN card. Received products, not was what was wanted, nothing wrong, didnt use them or even take out of plastic. Took to *** center on 3/30/23 to return them it cost me $26.84 to return both tablets. I called HSN to see about getting my shipping charges back, 1st call I was told they used a 3rd party vendor, so they wouldnt refund my money, not my fault. 2nd call to HSN, explained again, girl said she would look into it & call me back, no call back, called 7/27/23 got runaround again, no where on the show when they were selling these, did they let customers know they would have to pay return shipping charges, so unfair, all I want is my $26.84 back in check form, I dont want account credit or discount because I will NOT order from HSN again

We do use some vendors to ship out items, however we will always assist with a return should the item arrive damaged, defective or wrong.
