I saw a Ring Doorbell w/an extra camera & a Solar Panel for $201.00 When I recieved it there was no Doorbell but I got an email stating I could buy one for $124.00 It was for all 3 items and the woman I talked to confirmed it said it was like getting the extra ************** for free... Then they told me it was sold out, then it was in another shipment.. Then, I already recieved it.. Then I got everything I'm going to get. I know what I ordered and confirmed it twice w/the operator. Then they tried to tell me the value of the pieces I recieved.. well if that was true I paid full price for them and that makes no sense!!I ordered 3 items for $201.00 and only recieved 2.. I know what I ordered and saw in the auction.. why would I buy those 2 items for normal costs?.. the Woman I talked to even agreed and said "It was like buying the Doorbell & getting the Camera & Panel for Free!" Now doesn't that sound more like a deal than buying those other 2 items at cost!!??.No! It said
".. you get the Doorbell, the camera & the panel for One Low Price!"
It was the ONLY reason I bought it!

I bought a camera on hsn as a gift for Christmas in late November 2022. I want to return it unopened, and I was told I could not. I read that hsn had a six month return policy.Business Response

Hi,
We are sad to hear that you want to return an item. Our return policy is a 30 day in home timeframe to allow you time to receive the item and use it to best determine if you want to keep it. However, we do have an extended return window during the holidays. Items purchased in the holiday timeframe, such as yours would be accepted back as long as they are post marked by 1/31/2023. Unfortunately, our holiday returns window is over, and this is outside the return policy.

The policy states: We stand by every product we sell, and we want you to be completely satisfied with the purchase you make, but we understand that sometimes an item just needs to be returned. If an HSN purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 30 days of the date of receipt for a full refund including the original shipping and handling. Returns made after the stated return policy period will be returned to the sender. Select items cannot be returned. When applicable, this will be specified at the time of sale.

We bought 3 pans of ************************* and the bottom of pans are scratching and the lids are falling apart and when we make soup or macaroni and cheese it sticks too the pan and when we make spaghetti it sticks to the pans and it is the spaghetti pots and the sauce pan .we paid $100.00 dollars on all the merchandise. I ordered a 5 tier Orgamic rack comes 2 in a box. One of the racks was slightly damaged. I called HSN. I was able to fix the damage. Without my permission HSN sent me another set of racks. HSN stated I requested for the extra set. HSN has been going into my bank account without my permission. On 1/26/23 they took $47.00 on 1/27/23 they took another $47.00. Instead of refunding my money they keep going into my checking account without authorization. I am currently quarantined due to COVID and they have taken my last money causing to have insufficient Funds! To reiterate, HSN does not have authorization to go into my account.Business Response

I apologize for this misunderstanding. In reviewing the order details, the rebill was set up as the original order had not been returned to HSN when a replacement was sent. I see in the notes the rebill was cancelled and a refund issued for the payments charged on 1/27/2023 per the conversation with a supervisor. Please check with your financial institution for the refund of $47.95 processed on 1/27/2023 to the original MOP.

I purchased a proform carbon sytrength adjustable bench for $249 on 1/9/23. Received a different brand, cheaper, Nordic track adjustable bench on 1/16/23. Called and spoke to customer service on 1/16/23. They apologized for mistake. Were going to send a return shipping label in the mail and send the correct item. On 1/25, I again received the wrong ********* was again the Nordic track bench. If you search this companys website, they do not even sell this brand bench on there. This is a scam to try and sell a better bench and to ship their cheaper ones to customers, hoping they dont realize. They will again send a mailing label to return. It is 1/26 and I have yet to receive the return label from the first bench on 1/16. They will not refund my money until their receive their items back at their warehouse.Business Response

I purchased some dear foam slippers at $34.99 on May 30, 2022 and returned two pairs in June 2022 for credit refund. One pair was a gift for my earth MUM and the slippers are defective and uncomfortable. I never received my credit refund of $76.98. I ordered a Polaroid Camera around Christmas time. Opened up the box and set it up and found out that the lens is extremely noisy. Turned off all other sounds and still very noisy. Tried to take a picture with the camera and it does not focus in at all. The memory card that was included is not even the memory card that is recommended for the camera. Called for a label to return it and was told 2 times that I have to wait for a label from the manufacturer to mail it. Then called again and found out that it was mailed but for some reason was not delivered to me then hear that it can be mailed within 5-7 days. Then I talk to someone on 1/24/23 and I was told that it was emailed to me which never came through. Check my spam and never received the label. Now I am being told that it was requested again and it would be mailed again within 5-7 days. Then told that it will be emailed from UPS/HSN and to look out for it. I received a label from QVC for what I thought was the label I had been waiting for and it ended going back to QVC. Contacted QVC and they are flagging it to be forwarded to HSN. This whole thing is one big mess and disaster because HSN is still working in the stone ages when it comes to returns. I don't understand why when I called that I have to wait 21-30 days for a label to be mailed and then told emailed. I am being told now that its another 5-7 days and by the time HSN receives the camera, and process it, we are looking at almost close to 60 days for a return that should only take days not months. Amazon does them instantly even after the label is scanned at the UPS store. With this whole disastrous mess, I am thinking its time to cut ties with HSN unless they can make this right and not in 60 days. To top it all off, I have to wait for HSN to get the camera in their possession to process the refund for the camera and insurance and until then, I will keep getting charged for the camera until its resolved.Business Response

On 6 November 2022, I made a purchase on HSN.com. I received most of the items purchased, but 4 of them On 11 December 2022,I contacted HSN.com customer service and they refunded the total of $107.0 for the items I did not receive. I thought that was all about it, but I just received a letter on 19 January 2023 from HSN.com customer services stating that I will be charged for the items because they made an investigation and the items supposedly delivered by the carrier. They were not delivered. They never sent a tracking number so I could verify it on my own neither; their website displayed the items were delivered, but without any number. I believe that they are trying to double dip and rob me. It is suspicious that they waited over 2 months to supposedly investigate this case and charge me for items that were not received. Maybe they waited to see if I deleted the email with order and information so they can recharge. I do not know. All that I know is that it is shameful that a renown company falls this low to steal from customers. I will never buy from them again.Business Response

I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration, our Claims department opens all lost package claims with the carrier, based on the findings from the carrier a customer may be charged if the carrier deemed the item was successfully delivered. I have cancelled the pending charge on these four orders. Additionally, a letter will be mailed advising the rebill has been cancelled.
