  HSN is AWFUL. I tried to place an order and it came back cancelled, with no reason every time. I tried two different credit cards and had the issue with both. Both credit cards had plenty of room for the small order amount. It just seems like HSN is a total scam who just collects people's personal information and credit card numbers. DO NOT USE HSN!!!

  This site is a scam. Bought my daughter headphones for Christmas and found out they began a monthly subscription for me without my knowledge. Charged my 12 dollars, monthly. And then refused to reimbursed me. Stay away

  They use the bait & switch scam. What I received is not what is pictured on their site. No receipt or invoice in box at all.

  Absolutely appalled by HSN. I used them for years, however now they are scamming people. I ordered a circuit machine for $221= $241 plus change with tax on 4 payments. I was in the hospital made a payment plan on my last payment. They tried to take the money anyway over 16 times in 1 day. Putting my PayPal, 2 credit cards and bank account in the negative. They ended up with 4 payment of $45 for my last and final payment owed. However I ended up not just being quadruple charged, I then also had to repay all 4 $45 payments and 2 $35 fee = $250 which is legit like buying it twice plus extra. And they are still sending emails saying I owe 2 more flex payments, and trying to make me pay a $221 fine for late payments because all my cards, accounts and PayPal blocked HSN for taking flex payments and flagged them as fraud due to the fact I owe nothing and they owe me $250 plus in fraudulent charges. Not only am I dealing with this. They also reported to all 3 credit bureaus saying I never made any payments, I'm delquent for a year and knock my score from 680 to 490. I own a business and when I say they have caused me not only physical issues after causing me to almost have another stroke due to the harassment and bullying while in the hospital. But caused me to lose business due to not being able to get supplies for my business because of what they put on my credit report. And now my credit card limits are $300 lower due to them ending up over the limit due to them repeatedly charging my card. Myself and my 4 kids have suffered to the point that we lost our home, had to move into government housing. Because my company is almost completely out of business. HSN needs to be investigated by Ic3 fbi fraud Unit, they refuse responsibility for "their wrong doing" refuse a refund or fixing my credit and are still trying to charge me 2 more $45 flex payments and a late charge of $221. I'm looking for a lawyer as we speak, this is absolutely unacceptable and they need shut down.

  I recently made a purchase as I have multiple times in the past. However this time, I wanted to cancel part of my order before it shipped. The website showed me "how easy it is to cancel " your order. Which is a lie. You have to cancel your order the same day as it is placed. Which is exactly what I tried to do. I talked to customer service, they told me I needed to cancel the same day! I told them I tried to! The option is NOT ON the website. BEWARE once you place the order you can not cancel it!!! Sure I can return it, but what a hassle.

  I recently bought an Ipad. I always take the multiple payments and pay my cc to avoid interest rates. They put up this 12 month vip financing so if you it off in 12 months you don't have any interest. It confused me bc I thought I was receiving 12 months of individual payments, better than the 6 payments that you receive with the HSN Card. However, what I did not understand is the 12 months comes with charging you the full price. I do not ever remember on anything I bought from HSN coming with that 12 month vip financing. It tricked me into paying in full as opposed to the 6 payments that I would have paid off. There is no need for them to do that considering they don't put it on for every transaction that I can remember. I asked them to change the payments they refused. I may keep the ipad, pay off the bill, and never use them again. I am not buying one item from them since they were not willing to help me out. It has really put a bad taste in my mouth and I feel they double crossed me!!
