      This company refuses to cancel orders before 24 hours, even though they have the items in the warehouse. A policy that is intended to make the consumer keep the item or send it back at their own cost. Shady business practices

      Tried ordering an item, it never arrived tracking number (email) said it was returned to sender , ordered back in Dec 2022, requested item to be re-shipped same issue. I fault HSN they said they do not have my email address. How did I get confirmation of order and confirmation of item being returned to sender? HSN said my email address was the issue. Wouldnt give tracking number so item would be help at post office or even at UPS hub. C'mon really, oh sure you took my money for it but almostvthree months later still no item. Customer service was not there, horrible, wouldn't listen, kept interrupting and kept blaming USPS and UPS, I just want my stuff. Oh they they said they couldn't give me a tracking number for the item......and then the whole cycle started over again no email associated with your account, then we were off to races again at the Great Catch-22 race track.....some people are just unencumbered by the thought process!

      I purchased a Patricia Nash purse and when it came it was too small for me. I returned it and was told a refund had been sent to my bank and the bank had rejected this. My bank denied any knowledge of this. HSN customer service then told me they would resend this refund again to my bank and to give it another week. After another week I was told my bank had rejected this refund once more. My bank are denying this. My bank has never denied a refund before. I then saw they had given me a company credit to use if I ordered something else. I asked for a physical check and was told it would be investigated, but it could take another 2 weeks or so. This has been a horrible experience and I really do not want to deal with this company again. I still do not know if this check will ever arrive and feel really frustrated. It has been over a month now.

      Credit for return item take forever.Return item received by HSN on January 20th 2023, today is February 3 2023 still no refund.I called customer service at least 5 times the answers always the same (we have credited your account on Jan 26th 2023) I think HSN is scamming people, do not order from this company they take your money and you don't know if you ever get your money back

      promo purchases a scam if i could leave less then 1 star I would . I paid extra and when time was over got charged full price with interest

      I purchased a Bissell Little Green ******** Deep Cleaner. I did not like its performance. I sent it back to HSN. They confirmed on 1/13/23 they received the cleaner. I called to let them know the debit card I used is no longer valid that someone has my personal information and I had to close all accounts. I gave them the new card #, still, no refund, called again on 1/17/23 and was told the bank rejected the refund and would have to send a request for them to issue me a check and it **** take a few days. I called again on 1/19/23 and was told they are going to issue me a check since my debit card is no longer in use. It would take a few days. On 1/27/23 still, no check so I called, they couldn't say if the check was sent, they would investigate. They said it always takes 15 days for a check to be received and apologized for not being told this before. They called back to say I have to wait another 15 days, the bank rejected my check. They were to send me the check, not the bank. I questioned this and then I was told that no one processed the check on the 19th and they don't know why. *** said they tried to expedite a check but because there isn't someone in that department every day, I will have to wait 3-5 days for them to investigate and it will take another 15 days to receive my refund. My waiting overca month for a refund is unacceptable. The Customer SVC here is horrible. Each time I called I got a different explanation on why my check hasn't been issued. I spoke with *** today and she changed her story at least 3 times. Finally, she said I could talk to her supervisor. I did call and had to leave a message. I did everything I was supposed to do and there is no reason I have to wait over a month for a refund. I feel like they are not being honest with me. I kept getting excuse after excuse and none were the same. This is no way to run a business and no way to treat a customer.

      DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM HSN. my parents bought a computer for ****** for school and stated repeatedly, on the phone call, "I want to pay the total with my credit card. I DO NOT WANT PAYMENTS. I want to purchase it in full now!" The lady said, "ok. I can do that" and reassured her that's what happened. 2 months later we get a bill in the mail for the laptop. We call customer service and lady threatened to disconnect the call cuz we were getting frustrated that they WOULD NOT ACCEPT A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT TO PAY OFF IN FULL (like we originally wanted). They want a debit card for full amount you know cuz we have $500 just sitting in our debit acct for things like this.

      For Christmas HSN had 2pks of Amazon Kindle fire tablets for79.98. I ordered 3 packs which would have been a total of 6 tablets. They were sent to ******** to grands. My daughter in law intersected the 3 boxes of 2 tablets each. Now they are trying to bill for 12 tablets. There was no invoice and still no extra tablets. This has been a complete headache. Also I ordered an I pad. The case looked nothing like the case advertised with the 2 pockets and it's solid white??? Not silver to match the I pad. I will pay what I ordered-6 tablets and cut up my HSN card. It seems to be useless.

      HSN should be out of business and sued by every legal entity there is. I placed an order (first time with HSN) for a laptop, entered a discount code, selected flex pay and was denied. But this evil organization did indeed charge my debit card for the ********** pay, then the message on the order page stated: you are not eligible for FlexPay at this time, would you like to pay in full.No HSN, I wanted flex pay but you SOBs charged my debit card anyway. Really!!My money was credited back to my account within hours, but still, you HSN, have no right doing this to potential customers.Take your FlexPay and shove it! Id rather shop at Amazon Prime for better quality items and pay up front.Shame on you for your business practices.
