  I do not recommend doing business with HPA. I signed a contract in July 2023 for 6 windows to be installed. Here it is December and nothing has been done to fill my order. The company has my money and does NOT return phone calls or emails. I will give them until the first of the year to resolve my complaint then seek legal assistance.

  After checking the BBB for the opinion of others I learned they were not accredited due to many customer complaints. I told the sales rep of my findings and that I would not be using them for my roof and assumed that would be the end of things but I was wrong. After the general manager tried contacting me he continued to push through my information through multiple different credit agencies. I find it incredibly unprofessional to go behind customer's backs pushing through credit checks knowing I am not interested in their company doing my roof. I would think they should spend time correcting the issues of unsatisfied customers so that they wouldn't have such bad reviews on the BBB. However, according to their sales rep, the BBB is bought and paid for by bots, not real customers. I don't believe but let us say they are bought and paid for the owner of this company should have bought and paid for the BBB "bots" instead of buying their customer's cruises for purchasing roofs with them. Seems their money is being spent on the wrong things but what do I know?

  Signed contract and gave deposit 7/18/23 to have new roof installed. After 2 full months and no return calls I finally talked to a physical person only after stating I want my deposit returned. Per person on the call permit and supplies were on hand as early as 8/8/23 and they would be on site 10/20/23 to start. Work was started on the day stated and finished 10/21. On 10/25 the delivery person came to the house saying they have been trying to reach me all week, 4 calls in 30 minutes on the 25th only, to retrieve the final check. when I stated I had questions he then call **** **** in the local ************ office and as I mentioned a couple things I was immediately dismissed with "that's the way it supposed to be....you just don't know". When i stated yes, I do know he stated, "sounds like someone doesn't want to pay their bill". I told the person that came by to send the salesperson back and I'll give the check to him but only after someone actually listens to me, he stated that he was told to get the check and someone MAY speak to me about products that were paid for but not installed on the roof, stating that it needs to be looked into to see if it was delivered and if it was it must have been installed. **** then called back and stated that the Solar Skin was not delivered or installed, he reluctantly lowered the price the cost by $2500. After the city inspector came he had to make 2 notes on the inspection due to solar skin and attic vents. In the last month I have tried to call several times and no one answers the phone or returns messages. Since this I have reached out to 3 other roofing companies for verbal quotes and the highest quote was $12000 for a roof the size of mine, where mine came to 21k and I have come to the conclusion that they are overcharging by at least $10k, the same amount that My Safe Florida Home is offering as a rebate through a state program. Now that the roof has been completed I am no longer sure I will be able to be in the program.

  I just found out the put a judgement lien against my house and never told us! I look that up and it is a court order. I do not think they could do that without you being aware of it. We got the windows finance thru a bank and they were paid in July 23 for the entire work that was done. I am working on trying to get it resolved as they were already paid. I contacted both the sales person and call them. Waiting on hearing back from them. I am also working on putting in a complaint to the attorney general office of Florida. So be aware of this as it was a shock to me.
  They do not even deserve a 1 rating when they put a lien on your house like this behind your back.

WHETHER YOUR WORKING WITH A ROOFER OR AN AC COMPANY THEY ALL DO NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENTS AND THEN ATTAIN A PERMIT TO DO THE WORK ON A CONTRACTED CUSTOMER.

  This company is selling door to door and likes to take advantage of our elderly family members. They are good at using deception and pressuring you to make decisions and signing contracts without time to confer with family. They prey on the emotional vulnerability of our elders. They exploited those vulnerabilities for their own benefit and grossly over charge them for their services. Please BEWARE of this company and their sales tactics! I Pray that they find customers who really need their services and they quit knocking on doors and preying on those who don't need their services.

  In may 2023 my wife and i signed a contract to have a new quality roof on our home in Pasco Co FL They completed the installation on June 29 2023 they have not sent the required paperwork to the Pasco County building inspection department for the final inspection. The permit was issued June 24 2023 and is good until Dec24 2023. HPA was also to give me a new wind mitigation letter for insurance purposes .They have not held up there part of the contract completion. I can not get Home Performance Alliance Inc. to talk with me about this issue Please help. Larry F******

  This company is a fraud. This guy named Aaron came to my home because I agreed to schedule an appointment to get a price of how much it would cost to have my windows replaced. Well, the guy that came out would not leave or take no for an answer. He stayed at my home for 3 or more hours even after I repeatedly told him to let me think about it. He said, what's there to think about? He asked me why have I never replaced the windows that I had, I told him because people are not to be trusted. Companies tell you one thing from the beginning, then it's something else later on, they all take advantage of innocent people. He asked what do I know about the company, I said nothing. I have vaguely heard of the name but know nothing about the company. He asked if the company told me what he does and I said no, they only said someone would be coming out to speak with me. This visit turned into a disaster when I decided not to have the windows done. The guy Aaron called my phone saying he received an email that I canceled. I said yes I did. He asked did they said something I didn't agree with and I said yes. He started arguing and saying the company I canceled with was different from what we discussed with his company. Then he told me they were a different contract, which I knew nothing about a contract, due to him stating while he was at my home, that nothing is finalized until certain steps are followed. Then he told me, it didn't matter because the company was going to force me to go through with the contract I signed from them. I said to him, what contract? We never discussed a contract. Then he said anyway you are past the three days to cancel. I asked him, what are you talking about 3 days, you never said anything about a three-day cancellation. He told me, that no company tells a person they have a certain time to return something, which now says he agreed to not telling me that. He continued to argue, I hung up the phone. He kept calling and then started texting me. Wow

  My windows like a 10 year old installed them paid over ********* and instead of increasing the value of my home you have managed to decrease the value by ********* told to me by two real estate agents I have called and called leaving more than 10 msg my next step is to go on the internet and and show the pics of the terrible installation job you did and are not trying to fix I will go to the international web site of the Veterans of Foreign wars (VFW), American Legion, American Vetrans (Am Vets), Moose, Shriners, *************, Showmans IISA, ****** review, ***************** and any other site I can think of or my friends can help me with all sites above my husband or I belong to we are both veterans and I have pics to post also I still have no covers for all the ***** hole that were used to installed the frames shame on you for treating people like this please contact my husband *********************** you have his number in another msg he left this morning.thank you

  To start with the quality of the new windows, excellent! Installation was smooth and neat, it was great decision to choose HPA as my window company all I had to do was say yes and they did it all!
