      Home Performance worst company ever, they do not stand by their warranty, despite many calls and complaints never addressed the issue. Wrote a letter to President he never even acknowledge, when they did reply they said they would correct the problem 4 years later still not corrected. Again DO NOT BUY FROM THIS Company!!!!!

      If I could give no stars here I would. Remodel bathroom, water will not run of in shower pan completely therefore stains building and smell. That's only one complaint I have with this company. Will not come back nor fix any of my issues. Rude on the phone. Promises bad terrible company. STAY AWAY

      I have been dealing with this company, going on two years this coming January. My windows were installed May of 2022, I paid cash for these windows. My windows are still not finished, missing pieces, and screens. You will be lucky if any will call you back, they won't . Hotline number is a joke,******* has never called me back. The last few ppl I have dealt with is, ******, and *********, I leave voicemails regularly , but no call backs. This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with in my life. Last year I posted a complaint on BBB also, they called me back , and scheduled a appointment, I sat home all day, no one ever showed up. The person who made the appointment was named *****, he to this day still has never called me back.This company will leave you with no choice, except to seek legal help. Warning to hard working ppl, do not spend your money with this company. *************************

      Home Alliance Service was the BEST. COMPANY to hire for my new roof!The workers worked extremely diligently on this roof installing a TOP QUALITY ROOF! Kudos to *********************************, state Director! He was FANTASTIC! I felt a personal connection with the employees there; whenever I had a question or issue they were prompt to answer me! ABOVE 5 STARS! Im so grateful for this company!

      I was very pleased with HPA. My initial contact with them was great. I had received other quotes, however HPA's proposal and genuine overview led me to select them. I am more than pleased!! There was great communication, I was updated throughout the process. My old cement tile roof was removed and my new roofing system was installed in TWO days. They were fast and efficient! My neighbors are envious. The city inspector even stated it was a very good job. From start to finish and even afterwards there was great communication and the persons I dealt with made the experience a pleasant one. (BL and BG). I was very happy with overall customer service. I will definitely use ********************** for my next project!!

      New roof: Bryce was my contractor for Home Performance Alliance. He was courteous, professional and awnsered all my questions. He walked me through the whole process and I couldn't be more pleased. The new roof makes the house look great and I can now turn my thermostat up so electric bill went down. The crew were great and cleaned everything up.
