  The crew did a great job installing my windows and they even took the old windows with them and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them to others.

  Everything went perfect !! Very professional company . Great contact from beginning to end . I am more than pleased with my new windows . The team that did the installation was very nice and professional . I highly recommend Home Performance Alliance,Inc .

  Their rep knocked at my door very late nearly 8 pm at night .I have told him its rude and we have no tresspassing sign clearly visible and he should respect it. He said tell this to my boss . I told him neither him or his boss or anyone else welcome here please leave and he was refusing to leave untill I told him I will call police. He said : ** ok we will be back tommorow, Thats very rude. Just because you are willing to give free estimates does not mean that you should tresspass on property late at night and violate people's sleep . Police report will be filled if they do it again. I do understand that everyone can have a bad day and I will let the first time slide,

  Honest review time. The reviews scared me. I did not check them before signing, because they came recommended from somebody else. Our salesman ***** sold me on quality, 40% energy ******************** warranty. I signed saw reviews and almost cancelled. But ***** reassured me that if I had any issues he would resolve them. Gave me his personal cell phone # and everything. & I cant say he did anything but that. Stayed true to his word, great overall experience. Installation was quick and fast, crew was outstanding. We had a few hiccups passing inspection but they responded quickly and we finally got passed. I stayed on top of it though. I never sat back and just let things happen I was proactive. Their office is a bit hard to get ahold of the right people, they are busy so understandably so, I believe they are under staffed for the amount of work they have. Make sure you find out the names of the different people handling the different areas of your work. Once you know the names of the people you need, call the office, hit 0 for the operator and asked to speak with them. Odds are youll get their voicemail, but a little secret is, if you call three times, and ask the Operator to, they will walk your call back to them, and somebody in the department or that person will handle your call.Overall, I think everything went really well considering how much work it was. Their stucco guy was great. Their painters were great as well. I mean just five star quality all the way around. I will continue to update my review if something changes but for now five stars all the way.

  Customer service is terrible. We had a lot of windows replaced by them in 2020. I have one window that is now compromised. I've called 5 times in one week and no-one is returning my call! Very frustrating! Not sure what to do next but I'm not giving up. I never post a review but I don't like being ignored. I will continue to call everyday until my issue is resolved.

  As of today, Friday September 8th, I have not heard back from you. No one from your company has tried to contact me. Its only one window. I don't understand how you claim to be a reputable company but I can't even get a phone call back to resolve the issue. PLEASE make an effort!

  I would hands down recommend this company . They have been the best from start to finish making sure everything was done right and correct and perfect. The workers that did the roof were very good and nice and made sure to clean up any flying debris that was left around knowing we had two small dogs. I truly was please with this work. As for the window installment same thing they made sure everything was done right and correct and also clean up afterwards knowing the dogs could eat or step on these things

  ****** and ************* chose Home Performance Alliance after being thoroughly infomed of process and financial details. The representative helped us all the way through. We replaced 11 windows and 2 sliders and a beautiful front door and a new back door with blinds between glass.We are fully satisfied with the product. They are quality and strong. I love my new windows and doors. We patientlly waited due to the high number of orders after the hurricane. The installation results were superb. The inspector was extremely impressed by the team and workmanship of securing each window better than other companies he had seen. Our representative was always available throughout the whole time answering questions and seeing to it that things were done right. They are replaceing a screen that was torn and our only minor problem. **** and ******* did a great job texting or answering phone calls. I now feel safe and secure in my updated home.
