      A+ company After seeing my neighbors outstanding high impact windows and sliding doors, I decided to get a quote from the company they used.Immediately, I was impressed by all the employees. It is obvious this is a customer oriented company: very knowledgeable, always reliable, thorough and professional. Striving for excellence is their mantra!Definitely will recommend this company to others.

      I needed to upgrade my exterior doors to complete the upgrading of my home to current Florida Code. Reece came out, gave us many options and pricing. After making our choices, with the main entrance being custom made and nearly all impact glass, they measured and once they were ready, in a very reasonable amount of time, they were out in one day, replacing all of my old doors with new Beautiful, custom made Hurricane doors and impact glass. One door was a complicated process that required turning the door frame around. All work was done professionally, promptly and of high quality. Along with very fair pricing. I did experience an issue with my entry door, rather than attempt to fix it, they custom built another and replaced it! I couldn't be any happier three years later.

      Reece replaced all of our windows and doors- we could not be happier. They were cost efficient and responded quickly to any issues making sure that we were satisfied. We referred them to our friends and they are happy as well.

      HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! They manipulated my 78 year old grandma with Dementia a sold her 2 sliding doors for $35,000

      Absolutely absurd! We have asked this company REPEATEDLY to stop soliciting. The have called, shown up at our door numerous times, and harrassed us to death even though we have been very clear about NOT wanting to do business with their company. I am appalled that after more than 20 times of telling this company NOT to continue their solicitation efforts, they continue. We live in a no solicitation neighborhood and it is clearly marked. Who would EVER do business with a company that has zero regard for their clients.

      I never write bad reviews or tear down a company. But if you are trying to get legit service RUN! They have terrible management and dont pay there employers. I worked for this company for 3 days and did not feel comfortable in the training process. They mislead, and havent got paid for the time I was there. After speaking to a aunt, I found out they did work on her neighbors home and the man who installed her windows left residue and scratches on the windows and never got new ones.

      I would give them 0 stars if I could. They installed windows in the bedroom that does not open wide enough to put any type of air conditioner in. I called them about the issue and they said they could not do anything. They said I would save 40 % on my electric bill. I save nothing. They told me I would save on homeowner insurance which I do not because all openings have to be hurricane proof. Basically everything they told me turned out not to be true. Worse decision ever using this company!

      If you want your money stolen , these are the guys to work with . They promised me 10k of grants and have done nothing but scammed me since the min they knocked on my door.

      We had our home windows replaced with Reece and the experience was very positive for us. From the salesperson; getting the information needed for our HOA approval, the inistallation, the sticker removal after inspection, and followup for the My Safe Florida Home documentation was needed they have always been on point and very communicative. The windows were well priced and the installation was well done. We are very pleased with our decision to go with Reece and would recommend them to others.

      My experience with Reece Windows has left much to be desired. The experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. We are going on 13 months since signing a contract and the job is still incomplete. Multiple delays, lack of communication, poor workmanship, and a lack of professionalism have left me dissatisfied and regretful of my decision to work with this company. I signed a contract for new windows and they filed a permit for new windows AND new shutters. I am now forced to pay for new shutters because of the permit. Neither of which has passed inspection. I am unsure of the issue with the shutters, snap and trim are not installed, screens were installed ripped, and slider windows are not seating properly. I have had multiple appointments to try and address these issues but they were no calls, no shows. I only found out that they were not coming to these appointments after I called customer service to complain. I feel extremely disrespected as a customer and have been lied to at every turn. Based on my experiences, I strongly advise others to steer clear of their services and spare themselves the frustration.
