      What I truly appreciate about American Air is the fact that they help you to maintain your system to safeguard you from unplanned disasters. We live in Florida , so that should speak for itself. We have a new system and absolutely have a maintenance plan with them. Alexander was very helpful recommending a duct cleaning because of my Dad's allergies. Plus we wanted to add Alexa control too. So we'll get the ducts cleaned and the Alexa control at the same time. American Air is the best.
