      Customer Service is top priority for this company. From the phone staff to the service technicians, everyone is polite and helpful. My last service technician, Jesse ********, took the time to do a full diagnostic to help resolve the problem with my AC unit. He was able to get it back up and running in no time.

      Jesse was exceptionally knowledgeable, on time, courteous & diagnosed the issue with our a/c unit quickly. We appreciated his through service call. He suggested having the ductwork cleaned on this particular unit, and explained the procedure & how it would help this unit. We had two new units replaced by American Air & Heat & will be replacing the 3rd unit with Jesse in the future.

      My technician Alex ***** did a great job in communicating to me all that I needed to know. However I did have a new unit put in last year that did was not functioning properly.
