I was reading about how expensive solar was according to some people's assumptions and I bought into what they were saying but I realized I needed more information. I picked three companies to get quotes from and Jordan from Solcium had me sold right away. I realized how much cheaper it is to go solar rather than sticking with Duke, especially with their price increase coming this year. The warranties cover the system, the system production, leaks, and services not only through them but a third party in case anything happens to them. Knowing that gave me peace of mind. Everyone from the company has been very pleasant, cooperative, informative, and friendly. Everyone was very good at following up, they would call whenever they said they would, and kept me up to date on the project. Everything from sale to saving on my bills was completed in just about a month.

Another solar company came in before Solcium and had a good presentation but Marco came out and It was no contest. The thing that really set them apart was their 30-year warranties which is longer than the other companies I was exploring. I looked for a long-term commitment. Everyone from Solcium has been professional and interested in me as an individual. Solcium’s communication was phenomenal. They made sure I was aware of everything that was going on with the project and were upfront about timelines, so I wasn't caught off guard. The installation was great, the workers were organized, they worked as a team, managed their individual responsibilities, they were knowledgeable, they were a blast to talk to, and cleaned up at the end of day. From start to finish it was a very efficient and effective process. I've worked with some vendors before at home and work and I can’t think of a thing I would change about my interactions with Solcium which is pleasingly unusual. I can’t talk to someone about something I don’t believe in, and I will talk about Solcium to my closest friends and family.Solcium Solar LLC

My experience with Solcium was great. Ryan came out and designed the system and showed me what we could expect to save on a typical month/year in electricity savings. I feel like they were using slightly better equipment and material than the other quotes I received. Installation was done in 2 days. Jamie in the office was a great communicator and made me feel like I was her only customer and had a vested interest in me.Solcium Solar LLC

One of the highlights of Solcium is their customer service especially with communicating with clients and answering their questions. With Solar being such a new industry, being comfortable with the level of the staff's knowledge and being able to answer my many, many questions was comforting. I had been weighing my options with a veriety of solar companies and no one put me at ease like Solcium did. My sales rep Ryan was professional and always availabe to answer my questions. Everything went smoothly and communication was fantastic! I was always kept in the loop. They reached out every week with updates, and were always professional and kind. They also provided better warranties than any other company. The Solar is already lowering our payments and I dont have to worry about all the price increases from FPL. Everything was simple. Solcium exceeded all of my expectations. Their team treated us like family. Mand was the one who came out initially and man he was great. He was not pushy, didn't use cheesy sales tactics, and only gave us factual information. He was cordial and patient even under constant bombardment of questions. No matter when I called Solcium was available on the other end of the phone, they even took my calls on the weekends. The people installing were very thoughtful, if you went outside they talked with you, explained what they were doing, and were very patient when you had questions. Our neighbor had another company install and they were cursing and yelling and when he came out to come watch my install he was shocked that Solcium's team was acting so professionally. Everything was smooth from start to finish. They stood by our side when Duke was running us in circles and caused us to delay because of their screw up. From start to finish they were there, they did what they said. Again they exceeded all of our expectations.ÂSolcium Solar LLC

I did the research with multiple of our neighbors that went solar, and I spoke with Anthony. He had a lot of good things to say about Solcium and that gave me the confidence to talk to them. After talking with Marco and the six other companies, I did side by side comparisons of their pricing and warranties and Solcium is the one who provided the best deal. When you watch them install, not only one person knew what he was doing and directing everyone else but rather everyone knew what they were doing. As an engineer talking with the electrician on site, he was able to explain everything to me which only increased my confidence in them. There was a lot of attention to detail from all of them. The entire process was quick and easy, the longest I was waiting was for Duke to Interconnect. If you are looking for the overall best deal with equipment, warranties, and service, Solcium is the way to go.Solcium Solar LLC
