5 starsSolcium made the process very smooth, they were very informative. They set the expectations of when everything would be completed and they completed well before the estimated time . The amount of communication was phenomenal, they were always calling in to check on me, provide updates, and see if I had any questions. They were very professional, anytime something was scheduled they would call ahead, and if they ran into delays they would let me know beforehand. 5 starsI am so glad I went solar and I am elated to the fact I went with Solcium. I was approached by many different companies but Ryan Floyd stood out. He got in contact with me after I had experienced an extreme loss and he was the only person from any of the companies that were approaching me that respected that fact. All the other companies were pushy and Ryan wasn't. After I told him to give me a month and we reconnected he didn't run into a sales pitch. He offered his condolences and his fiancé even baked a cake for me. He was the only one acting like a human being. Not only was his presentation great, he was straight forward, and clear about everything.
The office team was great too, especially Karla. I am not very good with computers and she walked me through everything and made it easy for me. She was fantastic.
The installation was great, they were on time, and efficient.
I intend to continue having a great relationship with Solcium moving forward!Review fromSuha S

5 starsSolcium was Fantastic. Solcium let me know every time they were coming out to work and coordinated well with us. I think the install went really smoothly, they were quick, and only took half a day to install. There was a manufacturer issue with a panel and they worked quickly to get it replaced. The install looks great and is organized. Most of the waiting we had to do was because of Duke and Solcium was able to continually follow up and make sure Duke didn't drop the ball. I really enjoy that I don't have to worry about any more price increases from Duke. I love to have a sense of ownership over my power.Review fromDavid B

5 starsI really wanted to avoid the inflation of electric prices. They provided a very detailed explanation of the Net Metering Program, they delivered what they promised, there was excellent communication, and I have already experienced savings in my first month!Review fromCarmelo S

I thought Ryan was very professional, we weren't very knowledgeable about everything, and Ryan didn't mind taking the time to explain everything to us in detail. The installers were very professional, quiet, and cleaned up after themselves. Sebastian was very professional and explained things thoroughly when it came to the monitoring.Solcium Solar LLC

The communication is great! The transparency with Ryan has been great from the moment when he knocked on the door to the end. What really sold our us is that the experience was tailored to us to include our roof, the tree removal, and the solar. Karla and the office always reached out to me, so I didn't have to reach out to them to find out information. The whole experience has been perfect.Solcium Solar LLC

Solcium was recommended to my family by several of our neighbors. From the first visit through to our install and start up we have been impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable and helpfulness of every person we dealt with. Staff at Solcium have been in contact with us at least once a week, even if there was nothing happening or no new updates. Every step of the process was explained in detail and questions were patiently answered. The install was done very efficiently and the workers left everything clean and neat.
