  When I initially met with Ryan, he told me Solcium was the best company and it definitely has been. The customer support has been personable and excellent from the beginning to now. The system is also working better than anticipated! They were there for every phase from start to finish. It's been great!

  The service was beyond reproach. Starting with Mand Sullivan, the sales representative, it went to Alexandra, she was polite and very, very helpful. From there the three installation guys were polite, professional, and very expedient. Then there's Bryson who went out of his way to make sure everything was done right the first time and was incredibly knowledgeable. The follow up was great, Mand came to check on the install after it was finished. The overall experience has been positive and enlightening for someone who is not as experienced in solar as others.

  I really like this company a lot, there is quality people working there from the installers to the office to the team member they sent out after everything was up and running. They called me every week to tell me where we were in the process. They said they would call and they did when they said they would. You really don't get that customer service anywhere anymore. I also needed a roof badly and they were able to include a new roof into the solar loan. Such a great company.

  Marco presented himself well, talked about the company, his family, and his life. He talked with us and explained everything well, down to a tee. He was a very open book and made us feel very comfortable.

  Everyone is very friendly, Everyone has been on time when they said they would be, they respond quickly whenever I have questions and clearly answer them and make the proper clarifications.

  I got my solar up and running and my *** bills are already wiped out. I like knowing exactly how much I'm going to be paying every month. Consider Solcium if you are thinking of going solar.

  I have been frustrated with rising energy rates and Solcium is the solution. I was approached by Marco from Solcium and he was detailed, showed me all the pros and cons. I actually had to get a new roof before I could get the solar installed and they stood by me during the 8 months it took. Any other company would have cut their losses and moved on but Solcium stuck by me. Interacting with the staff was definitely a positive experience! They were very patient, they returned all my calls, if they didn't have an answer they would find it and get back to me quickly. In short, Solcium has a phenomenal staff from top to bottom. I can honestly refer people to them and say they are going to have a good experience.

  The whole process was stress free. My sales rep Samantha, accommodated my schedule, answered all my questions, and provided all the necessary information to make an informed decision. Solcium provided a quick high quality install. All my contacts with the company were engaging and personable. Everything passed with the county easily. In my first month I am already saving!
