    Great transaction. I read some reviews and had some apprehension about my watch offer being less than the original estimate. But, I was extremely pleased when the offer was for the same amount and I received my payment the next day. I feel great about the amount received and would recommend this website and process to anyone upgrading their electronics

    Id never heard of them but I checked around and people were positive about their service. It was a wonderful experience. Using the express service I received my money within in 4 days. So much easier than selling on your own. If youre honest and realistic about the devices condition you wont have to experience an adjustment on the value. I will use them from now on.

    Honestly, Id leave a zero star rating if it was possible. I highly do not recommend using this company. They are borderline criminals, I truly believe they scammed me out of my **** precision 7780 laptop that cost nearly 8,000$ here's my experience with them. First off, my offer was for $1,800, so I mailed them my laptop shortly after I received an email saying that my laptop had internal damage, which I truly believe it did not. Since this laptop has never left my desk since the day I purchased it so they they reduced my offer to $1,400 the funds were for a business trip, so I regrettably accepted it, I chose the virtual debit as My payment option which has been a nightmare This payment option has no cash value which means it can only be used for online purchases and basically nothing else while on my business trip. The very first hotel I stayed at housekeeping stole my phone which had the card info stored inside and that person fraudulently made about $700 in fraudulent purchases. Even after disputing the charges and having evidence of everything checkbook IO refused to return my money. So I basically only received about $690 for $8,000 computer so save yourself the heartache and don't use either of these companies. My experience with both of them is they are scammers and I run from them!

    Easy way to sell electronics. If you take care of your gear, youll get a fair price. Yes, you could probably get more on **** but I prefer to avoid the seller headaches Ive had to deal with there. Only downside is current 2 week delay on ******* phones due to fraud they e had to deal with but it goes by fast.

    Exceeded expectations. Their process for mailing the item is easy and fast. Loved the option to add insurance for mailing. They responded with an offer within the early days of the estimated response time. Payment notice email was sent the same day I received notice the offer was accepted. Price was very fair and way better than wasting time trying to sell it myself. Seems like this company has great processes and does things the right way for the right reasons. So thankful. Great job yall!
