They tried to cheat me declaring my excellent iPhone 13 Pro was only worth $250. I asked for it back and quickly got $420 from a reputable dealer. I was fortunate that I really didn't need the money. They must prey on families with limited resources and work on low balling them then selling the valuable phone for a bigger profit.

I just sent this company 4 rtx 3080 gpu's, 6 1660s gpu's and an alienware r2 laptop quoted at $1,900. I went to my local ups and had them box everything up for me and they shipped it to these guys. 4 days later I got an email from these guys stating that they got my box but it was filled with "canisters"! and there was no gpu's or laptop in the box! I called them immediately and told them and they said they would take pictures of the box and everything for me, its been 2 days and still nothing from them. They stole my stuff and now I've lost almost 2k worth they quoted me on. I already verified with ups and they looked at their cameras in the store and saw that they boxed everything up just fine. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR ELECTRONICS! IT'S ANOTHER SCAM COMPANY! I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THESE PEOPLE CAN LIVE WITH THEMSELVES!

Their communication is terrible. I fixed the issue with my iCloud lock on my 14” M1 Mac Book Pro. It’s been a week and it’s stuck in queue. No updates no emails nothing. I’ve done everything the company has asked me. I’ve called customer support and even emailed them multiple times. It makes me nervous my Mac has only been out on the market for 7 months. It’s a top of the line model. It’s worth a lot of money. I don’t want it go get lost or stolen. Surely I know that’s not the case but when I don’t get any communication back from this company it worries me. I’m not trying to be a bad customer but they need at the very least communicate with me and not leave my emails unread. Itsworthmore please if you can see this just send me an email one what’s going on with my computer. I still want the offer of $1,250 as agreed in the email which I have screenshots by the way. My concern is they are going to wait as long as possible and then say it depreciated in value and screw me over by offering less.

    Hi Trevor,

We apologize for the delay in processing your device. We had an influx of devices come in along with employee call outs that led to some delays.

I do see that your device was reinspected and payment was sent on March 3rd. It looks like this issue has been resolved and we hope you keep in mind for the future. As an FYI, we would never devalue a customers device when the delay is on our end.

This company is scamming people big time. I sent in my "flawless" 2020 MacBook Air expecting to get $475, which is already way lower than it's worth. After inspection they said it has "finger wear" on the keyboard, meaning oils from fingers are on the keys, so they lowered the price to $415. Mind you, none of the letters on the keys are wearing off, and I am confident that with proper cleaning, it can be removed, as I've done so before. I mean are you kidding me right now? I only had the MacBook for 2 years and took extraordinary care of it and didn't even use it everyday.
I decided to google what my device is worth online, only to find that the websites backmarket.com and rebeelo.com both sell used MacBooks from itsworthmore, and I found older models of mine on their websites selling for $550, $600, $700, and $800! Older models that said were in "fair" condition, were for sale for $700!! That is insane! I am positive they'd sell mine for way more than $415 to those websites, because it's in outstanding condition. This company is a complete scam. I decided to decline their offer and have my MacBook returned to me. They said it is in queue to be returned, but I hope I don't have anymore issues and receive it in the time frame they said, because judging by these reviews, it ain't over yet.
They had the nerve to say to me that they expected a flawless condition, which IT IS, according to what their website says is flawless!! Horrible customer service, they are literally ripping people off.

Order #******. I sent an iPhone 12 Pro Max 256gb that was in bad condition for 245$ but used fast shipping which costed 25. I got an email that they received my phone and that my ***** payment was sent to my email but I never got it. Clearly other people have had issues and I emailed you guys multiple times. I need my money right now or I’m bringing it to court as it’s a big deal. Thank you.

Sent two Apple iPad Air 2 (16GB) devices and two Apple iPhone devices to ItsWorthMore.com LLC. One of the iPads was set inside the factory original box with a power adapter and the specific USB A to lightning cable. The second iPad was sent in a specialty box I purchased to insure safe transit to ItsWorthMore.com LLC. It also included the power adapter and lightning cable. The estimate of value provided by online portal varied wildly from the actual price offered for the devices. I requested the devices be returned. What I received back was only the two devices in bubble wrap inside a small box with cornstarch packing materials. To replace the now missing power supplies with even inexpensive aftermarket items will require an expense on my part of nearly $30. As the original factory packaging for the one iPad increased it estimated value, return of that packaging, and the specialty packing purchased for the second, should have been obvious. I have contacted ItsWorthMore.com LLC by email, however I have not received any response.

I sent a HP Laptop in good working condition to them for a promised $55. Not only did they decide my Laptop is worth nothing to them, but they wanted me to send them $50 to ship it back my old laptop. This laptop PC has perfect battery and HDD if nothing else, so I know it was worth something! This is company that wants to get electronics for essentially nothing and cheat its customers out of any payments. My recommendation would be to warn everyone that this is SCAM company, that does not warrant your consideration!! Companies like this should be investigated and shut down, but as you and I know they will keep on scamming people!!

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. My apologies for the experience you've had and the inconvenience it may have caused. During our testing process we found that the device did not detect a hard drive despite multiple attempts from our team. This leads us to believe that either no hard drive was installed or it is faulty. Due to this, there is no way for us to test the device for the rest of the functionality as we do not open customer devices until after we've purchased them.

We charge a return fee in certain instances to prevent abuse of our services. We incur a cost every time a device is shipped using our label and is processed in our facility and then returned back to the customer free of charge.

Since this seems like a genuine misunderstanding, we've waived the return fee and will be returning it back to you free of charge.
