I have received 2 calls from "GCCB" who left voicemails asking for a return call. This seems like a scam because they don't say who they are trying to reach in the voicemail, they use an abbreviation rather than the name of their company when stating where they are calling from, and do not state why they are calling. I also received a text today w/ generic information and a link, which I'm not clicking if this is a scam. In research this is a debt collection agency possibly related to healthcare, but I've always paid my bills and have not been contacted by any healthcare agencies in regards to outstanding balances.

I have been making monthly payments for years, but they won't send me my monthly statements. I have NO idea how much I still owe. They sent me ONE statement when I updated our new address 4 years ago, haven't received another one since. This should be illegal, as I could be paying forever and not know if I have it paid off or not.

This collection agency is using a cold call tactic of calling clients that have not initiate contact with the company and opening a "dead line" to force customers to contact them to obtain an explanation. Prior to this first call this company did not obtain permission to contact me using any information provided by a 3rd party. **** ******** ***** *** ******

ON 13 Jul 2023 I recieved a call from Gulf Coast Collection Bureau, Inc.that was a robocall. I was never addressed by my name, only told to call them back; no reason was given. I googlds GCCB and noticed I am not the only one who has been contacted by them falsely. I have no outstanding medical bills ( no physician's office has ever contacted me for a late payment). I want to be removed from their database and for the calls to cease.

I was harrassed by Gulf Coast Collections Bureau regarding a bill due at *********************** Hospital over the phone and I explained to them that it I do not and have not received any communication from the Hospital billing **** stating I owed any money. They stated that it was a bill from 1-10-2020, 3 years ago!!!. The procedure I had done at St ******* was not on that date they stated, and was done on a later date. I was self-pay, so the bill was paid upon completion of the procedure and there was no balance. They have sent me numerous Notices of Unresolved accounts without any documentation of details of the Unresolved Bill so I have no idea why and how they came up with the amount they are stating I owe. I am not going to just send this company money because they stated I owe it. They are not providing any detailed info that will provide a shred of corroborating evidence of an Unresolved Debt. I expect that this company cease and desist all attempts to collect this so-called "Unresolved Debt", and I also expect that there will no ZERO impact on my Credit Score/Rating. I will take further legal action if necessary.

I am getting robocalls from this company about a debt I supposedly have. The messages they leave do not name who the call is intended for not what it is about - it's asking me to call them back and I refuse to call back a robocall.
